Bel Air, Rocklin CA

I used to go here when I first moved to Rocklin in 1994. Mostly go to Nugget market. But, thought I would go in and see how it is. Well, I couldn’t find help anywhere and it was completely dead inside on a Monday, mid morning. I finally went to a cashier, who looked bothered. Just asked if they had a KETO section. She abruptly said “No” and that I need to look all around the store. Asked if they had sugar free chocolate and such. Looked at me like I was asking for something very unusual. Could tell she and the other workers around her could care less about being there or helping anyone.
Will avoid this place as it has gone downhill.

Very clean store. Employees friendly and helpful. Knew exactly what isle and section the protein bars were, after i passed them 3x ;)

Customer service is the main reason I love Bel Air. The friendly staff are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have a great shopping experience. Kudos to Connie in the bakery department.

I needed tomatoes and went here because theirs were good. In fact, Bel Air's produce is consistently good.

I've been shopping at BelAir since this store opened years ago. Service has always been superb. They stock most everything I need. I am seeing they are trying to get shoppers to use self-checkout which is not something I use. On some occasions there is only one check-out with a store employee which can cause delays.

For the last 6+ weeks, I've spent half the time here waiting in line. Single checkout, even with a 6 person line. Frustrating

While everyone knows that Bel Air is overpriced, the service is unmatched. There was a meat-cutter (they really don't like being called a "butcher"!) available on Labor Day!

I’ve been shopping at Bel Air for years and I’ve noticed a rapid decline of their cashiers being rude and always seem they’re in a bad mood. Most of the times they won’t even acknowledge you standing in front of them, only when they had you your receipt! You can really see the difference of the nice and joyful demeanor from the employees at the Nugget and Whole Foods. And not to mention those Markets quality of food and produce is 100 times better than Bel Air!

Good bye Bel Air, you just lost a customer and I’m sure many customers have already moved on.

This store sells "premium" ice. The ice is supposed to cylindrical in shape with a hole through the middle. For the almost 2 years the so called premium ice has been left to melt and smashed to smithereens before being placed in the freezer at the front of the store. I have complained about this on numerous occasions but to no avail. The last time I complained I overheard one of the clerks talking smack about me. How rude. Instead of making fun of the customers maybe you should take better care of the groceries. If you are treating the ice this way I cringe to think about all the other perishables that are neglected in this manner. I'll be contacting the corporate office again. Hopefully they'll take my complaint seriously since we now have clerks at this location making fun of customers. Shame on you Rosevlle Bel Air

This Bel Air is a very good neighborhood Grocery store. As always it’s the employees that make a store, everyone here is nice.

Convenient, usually has a good selection, but doesn’t really have a hot bar and relies on self check out a lot of times.

I mainly go there for the beer selection. Its top notch!

Update (7/16/22) : Got an amazing caramel chocolate cake. There bakery makes really good cakes in general, does not disappoint. Also have some really good cheeses.

I go here probably every day. All the employees are super nice, helpful, patient, and friendly. It’s a little more expensive than SaveMart. But I live within a stones throw from here and convenience>saving a few bucks. Plus If I need gas I use my points for $$ off. Always good meat and produce here too. It’s my second home basically.

This store is so over priced. With groceries already at a premium it's not worth the extra cost.

This store has friendly and helpful staff. Jessie and Sonia definitely have great personalities to assist the public. With my gloves on, I could not get the plastic bags open to pick up apples for 8 neighbors. Jessie was busy but she stopped what she was busy doing and bagged plus tied up my apples for me. I needed 3 more bags of apples which were in another area of the store. She told me to keep shopping and she would get them for me. I ran into my neighbor and her teen age son who is interested in a part-time job at Bel Air. She talked to him about Bel Air plus their love for families as a corporation. She informed him of how to apply for the job on line. She told him to make a practice of never being late. His mom was impressed also. I really enjoy shopping here. You would love Sonia also. It does not matter how busy she is, she has time to smile and lend a helping hand. Their meat dept. Is helpful also but I can't remember his name. You can't miss him. He is very tall. I get a neck workout when I have to look up to talk to him. This store always look clean when I shop. The shelves are very organized.
