Arturo was amazing! We called about plumbing issue and we swear, the tub worked once Arturo did his magic. We are so thankful for the quick turn around after calling in a maintenance issue on the weekend. Thank you, Arturo!
This review is specifically for the maintenance team of Arturo and Rafino. Our washer was having problems draining and my fiancée and I were concerned of it over flooding. Unfortunately this was happening on a weekend after hours and after making a call with the emergency hotline, Arturo showed up to our apartment promptly within the next 15 min to assess the situation. Unfortunately it was not something that was able to be fixed immediately, but Arturo was at least able to run a diagnostic and turn off our washer to prevent it from getting worse. A couple of days later, Arturo and Rafino were able to maintenance the washer and fix the pump in a quick and timely manner. Mariah and I appreciate you guys very much, thank you again!
Lived here for over a year and all the staff were awesome! Hannah was the best property manager and really goes above and beyond, She made the place feel like it had a community and Ava was always on point with any issues we had.

Downsides of living here are that there are way too many white teslas and unfortunately the people who drive them.oh and avoid the rude resident who walks around in their pajamas… bad vibes.
Other than that the neighborhood is great, definitely more chill than the city and tons of great food. Would live there again if I had to be back in the bay.
We had a great stay at Bell South City. Leasing office keeps the apartment super clean when we moved and it has everything you need. It's located in the heart of the south San Francisco city and is close to SFO airport and a Bart station. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
I had an amazing experience living here. The building exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff are exceptionally friendly and cooperative, making every interaction a pleasure. One standout feature is the excellent soundproofing in the apartments; it's so effective that I hardly ever heard my neighbors, giving a sense of peaceful solitude. I will genuinely miss this place.
My 14-month stay at this apartment was a mixed experience. The leasing agent, Ava, was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Arturo, the maintenance guy, was a standout and truly exceptional in his role.
Arturo's dedication and professionalism significantly contributed to a positive experience. His on-point and timely responses to any maintenance issues ensured our living environment remained comfortable and hassle-free. From minor repairs to more significant issues, Arturo's expertise and reliability were outstanding.
However, the community manager, consistently displayed rude behavior, creating a negative aspect of our stay. Additionally, the significant $400 rent increase, despite the apartment being listed online for a lower price, felt unfair and seemed to prioritize profits through lease initiation fees.
Moreover, the accumulation of unexplained service fees detracted from an otherwise potentially positive stay.
Had a wonderful experience touring the building yesterday with Ylana! She was extremely personable and so easy to work with! She made me, my fiance and our family feel so welcomed and at home at Bell South City. Looking forward to living here in the future. Bell City Partners in the PNW is so lucky to have Ylana!
I'm thrilled with Dennis at Bell South City apartments! He responded promptly to our clogged bathtub issue and fixed it swiftly. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and even shared tips to prevent future problems. His dedication to resident satisfaction is clear. Kudos for a fantastic job!

Living here for a year. The overall experience is pretty good. The building and apartment are pretty new and clean, no smells in the corridors. The maintenance response is quick and normally fix things efficiently within the same day. There are always staff in the leasing office from Monday to Sunday to deal with your requests. The move out procedure is simple and I will update the deposit returning experience once we get them in 21 days.
Arturo, the maintenance manager is very reliable and efficient anytime there is a problem at my place. The overall community is simply amazing from the wonderful fitness center to the complimentary electric car chargers in the parking garage.
It is a nice place right in a South San Francisco's downtown, you have such a niece view, good space in apartments, you have washer and dryer, the amenities they have are bran new
Denise from maintenance is so friendly and quickly fixed our dishwasher! It’s always nice to have helpful and friendly maintenance as it makes us feel comfortable when they enter our homes. Our dog also loved having him visit!
When I first looked for an apartment, I toured about 10-12 places near SF and Bell South City was my choice! Ava was the one that gave me a tour and she answered all my questions with a smile! Management, Donnell, Hannah and Ava, are friendly and on top of it if I needed anything. It only has been few months since I have been living here, but highly recommend it.
