I have been going here for years! I always get the same thing. Highlights, trim and hair straightened. I am mixed and have curly and I always love my results!
I made an appointment for a pedicure. I showed up 5 minutes early with my mask as they requested. They had a sign on the wall that they are social distancing and they did have sanitizer on the counter. However, 15 minutes later they told me it would be 5 minutes. After 5 minutes had past, another girl said 5 minutes. At 25 minutes past my appointment time they wanted me to sit in between two other people, which is NOT 6’ from the other two people. They should be placing people every other seat. They had 5 seats and 3 of them Already had people. Why schedule my appointment and make me wait 25 minutes if you don’t have a seT for me. I walked out be they ARE NOT practicing social distancing. I will NEVER go back. This business deserves a -0.
Nicole was wonderful and listened to what I wanted done. I will go back again.
