Very helpful staff loved my friends veil would recommend this store for anyone needing wedding dresses or veils!

My fiancé and I have been trying to get our tracking number for her veil for three weeks. We have asked for a manager to call us back with a tracking number but we still continue to not hear anything back from the manager. We were supposed to have her veil by the end of July but we can not get a response. Seems very unprofessional!

I could not have asked for a better experience looking for a wedding dress than Bella Bridal! Everyone was so nice and helpful, but especially Taylor. She was very knowledgeable and made me (and my mom + 2 friends) feel very comfortable. It was such a fun experience! They had a wide variety of dresses and price ranges to choose from, and there was zero pressure on anyone’s part to make a sale or make you spend outside of your budget. I could not recommend Bella Bridal more! This is the only shop I visited and happy to say that I said yes to my dress thanks to Taylor and everyone else’s help and excellent service!

Sarah was amazing! She was very efficient and seemed to have a great understanding of what my aesthetic was. It was a wonderful, easy, and fun experience. With how stressful wedding planning can be, it was a relief that this was SO easy and fun. Every dress I tried on was beautiful, and I can tell they are selective about the quality of garments they keep in their shop. 10/10

Ashley and Katherine were patient, extremely knowledgeable, transparent, fun, and supportive (clothes shopping gives me anxiety). They helped me find the perfect dress, well under budget. I felt very lost but had an amazing experience. So glad I came here.

This is the ONLY place you need to visit when looking for the perfect dress. An expansive inventory, along with dynamic associates, create an atmosphere that is unmatched. Upon arrival, Sarah was energetic yet professional and genuinely excited to go on this journey with me. She took the time to go over my vision and asked pertinent questions that I never even considered. This helped to make this process fun and exciting and really took all the pressure off of me. Her personalized approach and hands-on assistance helped me to navigate dress options that are most flattering, eliminating time and frustration. The prices really do vary, and although my dress looked like it could have been 3x the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Lastly, no one is left out of this awesome experience either, as my ladies had an absolute blast during their time on the judge's couch. If you want a one-of-a-kind experience with associates who have great style and input, this is your place. You will not be disappointed.

I had the best experience at Bella Bridal! All the staff were kind and supportive. Sarah was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, kind, and attentive. She engaged in conversation to learn more about me and my wedding/plans. She also listened to what I liked and wanted in a dress. She selected gowns off the rack and to be ordered and was respectful and upfront about sticking to my budget. Other staff members also helped here and there, giving their feedback about how a dress looked or what I might like or want to try on. It was nice to have their input because I actually went solo. Sarah emphasized how she wanted to help me find the one and that I needed to feel beautiful and comfortable. After checking out 4 other places and having tried on over 20 dresses (one of which I actually said yes to and then had second doubts), I'm so happy I went here and said yes to the dress I absolutely love. The team at Bella Bridal truly went above and beyond to make this a comfortable and exciting experience! They were incredibly kind and respectful to both my needs and wants when it came to buying my perfect dress.

I had a wonderful experience! Anastasia was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she gave some really helpful tips. She knew exactly what looked good based on what I told her and brought me so many gorgeous dresses. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable while helping me change and also made conversation so it wasn't awkward. This was my first appointment and I walked out with the dress of my dreams! I highly recommend booking with her.

My bridal stylist, Anastasia, is the #1 reason why I'm giving this place 5 stars. From the moment we walked into the door, Anastasia was incredibly attentive and listened so well to what I was looking for. I usually get super stressed when shopping for clothes, let alone a wedding dress, but Anastasia made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Since this was the first bridal shop I went to, I originally hesitated on choosing a gown I knew I loved without going to another shop first just to be sure. After a horrible experience at another boutique in Thousand Oaks called Bridal Collection, my mom and I quickly went back to Bella Bridal to purchase my dream gown. Thank you to Anastasia and the rest of the Bella Bridal team - you guys are awesome!

Bella bridal is a cute little shop! However, what makes the experience soo incredible is the entire staff. Sarah in particular is truly soo kind, attentive and humorous! The dress selection is absolutely stunning! The full length trifold mirror really assists with decision making.

So disappointed with this shop. I’m a bridesmaid and we had the bride as well as bridesmaid dresses from this place. Everyone I initially communicated with seemed nice and helpful over the phone but once they had been paid it was like non-existent.

I live out of state so when I had to get my dress, I gave my measurements and said I am generally a size 0 or a 2 in dresses. The woman kept saying I was a six based on my numbers and that I should order a six, I told her three times I’m not a six. I’ll take ownership on this part because I should have gone with my instinct and stuck firm to what size I wanted, which was a 2. I let her persuade me to get a six.

The dress was supposed to be ready late June, which was perfect as I’d be out there to pick it up. I never got a call. I checked in early July, it was ready. Mid July I had it mailed, expecting to need it hemmed. It arrived and it was the worst fitting dress I’ve ever had.

It had to be changed so much that the cost of alterations was nearly half the cost of the dress, since absolutely everything had to be fixed. It was awful.

This is where I give them a zero. We left multiple voicemails and an email and they never got back to us. Never heard a peep. I was looking for options, suggestions, refunds, whatever- and no one will answer back. Beyond disappointing.

The dress isn’t even that well made, the cups jut out weird and some of the stitching is off. Go with Birdie Grey, Lulus, or Azazie for your bridesmaid dresses. All way more affordable. Birdie Grey has the best exchange/return policy if you don’t like the dresses, and I ended up using them for my wedding. The dresses are honestly just as great if not better looking! No need to shop here when you can find a better experience and a better dress online

We had a wonderful experience here! Kat was so great to work with. I had an idea going in what I was looking for but she helped refine it and made the whole experience so much fun. Safety measures were taken with COVID protocols which made us feel safe, but didn't ruin any of the special day. With Kat's help I found my dream dress and I can't wait to wear it. I would highly recommend this store if you want a professional, fun shopping experience from start to finish.

To be honest, I wasn't really looking forward to the whole 'trying on bridal dresses' thing, as I worried that I wasn't going to find anything that would fit just right or that I would love, but I was wrong. The ladies at Bella Bridal Couture made the entire experience from start to finish wonderful for me and my loved ones. They had so many beautiful options and made me extremely comfortable. Kat, Melissa, and Shanna were all fantastic - kind, fun, and knowledgeable, offering such helpful insight, without making me feel pressured. I was able to walk away with my dream dress! I highly recommend this boutique!
