Bella Bru Cafe reviews
18Food was okay, nothing special. The staff was disinterested in helping customers, was not busy. Ordered a coke, syrup was out. Said they'd bring it to me, had to check on it after 10 minutes. Said they were changing the syrup.checked back 10 minutes later, it was sitting there. They " couldn't find me. " No, I'm sorry it took so long or anything. They just didn't care. Won't be back, such bad service.
Just a terrific menu filled with delicious dishes made with quality ingredients! Today I had the Salmon BLT. This is the kind of place where extra touches make the difference - pillowy soft brioche bun, arugula and ripe tomato. Yum! But everything I have had here is this good.
Staff are friendly and the menu of drinks and brunch/lunch is good. Unfortunately, there were wasps outdoors at Cafe seating, so we were forced to go in. Cooked food was good- my friend's pastry was hard and inedible, but was replaced when requested.
Wish they had more gluten free options. Opted for thev fruit cup. It was ok. Fruit wasn't that great.
We dine here a few times a year. The food is consistently good and service is always pleasant. I recommend the ribs with fries
So glad my friend recommended we come here. Very spacious restaurant with tasty food. I got the Alfredo pasta with chicken and a spicy watermelon margarita. We also tried the pecan pie. Waitress was really nice, music was good, and overall the atmosphere was relaxing.
I have been coming to Bella Bru since they opened. Have always enjoyed the food with a few exceptions. For the last few years we have been coming for an early dinner several time a month and have had great food and servers.
Tonight we ordered two New York steak dinners that were over cooked. I gave my medium steak which I had ordered med rare to my husband who's steak was very well done and tough.
Our server who turned out to be the manager, finally came over after one of the helpers tracked him done. He said he would adjust the bill.
His reduction was a arrogant response and I left a message on our bill for management about him. Hopefully someone will take notice.
We will be back as regulars but I will avoid being served by him. We have had many great servers over the years. Hopefully, we will be served by one on our next visit.
Honestly one of the worst omelettes I’ve ever had. It was super oily, tasted grainy? I get it should be a little oil because… well bacon, but really? I couldn’t even eat it.
We just tried this cafe for the first time today and I would highly recommend it. Service was very friendly and they all created a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Food was beyond delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Can't wait to go back!
Came on a Thursday at 9: 30am. Ordered quiche Lorraine with fruit. Quiche dry and crust soggy, it tasted like it was days old. Most of the fruit served were grapes with only 1 cube of pineapple, 3 cubes of cantaloupe. Friend ordered waffle, and requested side of crispy bacon. Waffle was bland and bacon limp. Coffee good, no refill. Only the cashier (who was also our server) was great, nice and friendly young man. Highly disappointed in meal, especially having paid nearly $45 (with tip)!
The last year service had declined. Prices higher, service down. Food was cold and tasteless. Not my favorite spot anymore
Foood was good so hats off to the chef. However i remember the days of having a server. We had to order in line then go find a seat.luckily it wasn't too busy (fathers day) but overall good.just want more interaction.
First time there. Good selections, great service, reasonably priced. Only issue was dry, tasteless carrot cake.
This was my first visit to Bella Bru Cafe. You will have to order your meal at the counter and then you will be provided a number for your table where your food will be brought out to you. The young man who took our order was very friendly. The meal was delivered very quickly which was impressive. As for the quality of the food we ordered the French dip was great but the burger was just so so. Overall the experience was good and my hats off to all the staff. They were fast and friendly and are to be commended.
Nothing better than this place the food is Top Notch the service is top notch. The cooks are amazing! It should be Bella Bru restaurant and not Cafe!
It's like a hotel that also does coffee and some sandwiches very mid vibes were off for how expensive it was two coffee and two bagels for $50
Poor poor poor customer service! We came in at 5: 30. Ordered tacos to go. Apparently, if you order tacos on the happy hour menu you can’t get them to go. However, if you order the shrimp ones from the dinner menu you can get them to go? ! They turned us away refused our order. So lame!
