Office staff was friendly and very professional. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Labs are also drawn in the office which is amazing. I love that I don’t have to go to another Lab location. Dr. Karki is the best. She takes her time during appointments, I did not feel like I was rushed. She really cares about her patients

Dr. K is amazing as well as her staff. Response time is amazing.

Every time I try to get in touch with this office, they act like they can’t pass a message along to the doctor unless I scheduled an appointment. Mind you I work in the medical field. This is the first time I’ve heard that I need an appointment to let the doctor know something about my health. They act like they don’t care. They don’t care what’s going on with you at all. And the front staff is rude! I would not recommend this office

I’m her existing patient from 2 years but didn’t face this type of unprofessional thing before I had an appointment on Thursday at 10.30 with Dr. Karki when there her nurse told me she didn’t come to get office that day I took an Uber from Buena Park to there then I told her to reschedule me she gave me Friday 3.30pm and when I came in her office was closed none picks up phone properly in office hours I have just lost $80 in my 2 days Uber cost for no reason
