MGI Properties looks like new in this business. They are hiring clowns in their management
We were living in 1 bedroom apt.for a year 1 1/2 at the time we first rented owners where Fairfield inn property, around six months ago company sold out to MG.

As we where looking forward to move into a two bedroom, The Manager Marlena explain a 30 day notice along with 500 transfer fee and holding fee 200, new rent would be 1,745 m.to move into a larger apt. After approval was confirmed and we where ready to move to our two bedroom we where told our rent is 1,975. This is a whole 230 difference including the lost of 500 transfer fee. As we felt this was unacceptable a whole $230 difference in rent we explained to Marlene, She explained to me and my wife that we had two choices to except the apartment for the 1,975 or move out. As we try to contact MG properties concerning the situation we were re-directed back to Marlene never to have a chance to explain our situation.

As we feel very deeply about what happen we feel we were scammed out of our hard earned money. Our holding 200 + transfer fee 500 + security deposit 1,000 all lost to the move out.
