Maintenance is very quick and responsive! Within the same day, Julio Tamayoshe was kind to respond to our request. He carefully fixed the cabinet under our kitchen sink in 10 minutes. I really appreciate how easy it was to put in a maintenance request and get it resolved quickly.

Tooo much noisy apartment, fire alarm is ringing anytime of the day or night, specially we can say midnight in whole building. Our apartment is having some sound's going on whole day, service is zero

So far my experience with Bella Vista has been awesome! Recently needed new mailbox keys and they were changed within 24 hours, Carlos handled the request. Office staff from the GM to Leasing Agent Josie has been super helpful and supberb. Responsive via email, calls and in person. I can’t thank everyone enough for a wonderful first few months.

The only place I lived where a rat ran across my feet. I’ve never paid so much for rent and that actually happened!

So our apartment gave us less then 24 hours notice the water would be shut off, proceeded to say it’d be addressed yesterday and then told us they ran into complications and had to finish the repair today. They started at 9AM, the water is STILL shut off. No emails, no updates. Nothing. The emergency department said they had no time table on when it will be turned back on because “there’s major leakage underground”
Landlords are required to put you in a hotel if the repairs are not immediately resolved, and if the home is unlivable which includes plumbing issues. This is literally illegal and totally barbaric to leave hundreds of people without water for days on end and no offer for monetary compensation or housing lol.

My washing machine was fixed, and now works perfectly! The Service man only took one day and he was on time, and very professional as well!

Beautiful complex and very nice apartment homes (as long as they are the remodeled ones.). Probably the nicest complex in the valley. However, it wasn't revealed until I asked the agent, that there are additional charges. They estimated $150ish per month for water, trash, and sewage. Plus $15 for a parking spot which supposedly comes with the unit. Corporate buildings like this will nickel and dime you for everything so just be aware.

If you plan on renting here just factor in an additional $150-$200 on top of the rent.

This review is specifically for the AMAZING MAINTENANCE TEAM. Julio came to take a look at my AC today and found the problem and fixed it. Thank you so so much for always being there when we need you and always being so sweet!

We had a problem with the AC pump that was leaking. Julio T came in and immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it quickly. He is very knowledgeable about a lot of the equipment and is very nice and kind. Thanks Julio for everything!

The downsides of living here like the gate constantly not working, the mail boxes getting broken into, people constantly parking in fire lanes or in your assigned parking I am willing to overlook.

What is not tolerable is the fact that I intended to go to a month-to-month at the end of my lease and was tricked by the leasing office into signing a lease renewal. Immediately after having a conversation with the leasing office about a month to month (which they had in their notes) they send over a lease contract to be signed. They did not mention on the phone that there would be nothing to sign for a month-to-month option, so my natural assumption was that the document I was sent was a month-to-month agreement since my rent rate was increasing. What I didn't know is that I was signing a new lease for a year.

When it came time to move out they were unwilling to listen to reason and help us out of the situation even though they had detailed notes of my conversation with them where my clear intention was to go month-to-month. They then charged me an $8000 lease break fee in order to move out. Beware of these people. They will use underhanded trickery to get more money out of you.

Julio Tamayoshe is very helpful and arrive on time to fix our dish washer and microwave.i give him 101% excellent service.

A big thanks to Josie, she is so kind and nice. I didn’t find the specific apartment that I liked when I first came here, and Josie asked me to describe what kind of apartment that I like and that she would keep me updated if she found it. I didn’t expect that she would updated with me because most leasing offices don't waste their time on someone they don't think has a chance of signing a contract right now. But after one month, she did it! I’m so appreciative and when we also had a moving date problem, she helped us to talk with the manager over and over, and finally helped us to fix it. On the moving day, our movers were late about 2 hours and we emailed Josie asking when she would have her lunch break and she said she’s flexible and that she’ll help us whenever we needed it. I lived in three different apartments which were all from Equity in these three years, and I never met anybody as kind as Josie before. She’s super sweat and she always thinking about everything from your side. I really think Equity should give her a promotion and a raise, she deserve it. She helped us make Bella Vista feel like a great home even before we signed the lease.
