Bella Vista Inn, Stockton CA

It was TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I have stayed in bad places but no this was TERRIBLE. I'll start off saying The doors didn't lock at all. Both locks. The bolt lock was broken

The front lady give me a room with a clogged toilet. Requested for a new room. Said it's all booked, when I clearly see people going in and out and will get the maintenance to come fix it. Waited an hour, maintenance couldn't fix it. Still saying no rooms, till I said I want to cancel the room/refund. Somehow now a room is open wow. Pure BS. Perhaps I don't look like her. Ridiculous. Won't come back

If I could give A Half Star or NO Star I would…. This Motel 6 is Disgusting there is Trash Everywhere around the property… The first Picture is on the 3rd floor by the elevator….
The 2nd and 3rd pictures are of a lamp on the wall in my room… it is damaged and it is coming away from the wall…
4th Picture…. There are 2 cars that are parked in Handicap that look like they have been there for years

Not very clean the floor could use a good scrub. Phone was unplugged and didn’t work when we plugged it in. Had to call the office from my cell and the wifi was also very spotty.

Don't mean to put them down but somebody needs to check the cleaning staff's work. My sheets had cigarette burns in them (non-smoking room) and my floor was sticky, no lock on bathroom door. My mini fridge wasn't cold. On the plus side my a/c was cold and good channels on the TV.

The person at the service desk was very nice. The rooms and the area is horrible. I would not recommend staying here. We only stayed because we got in late to the area and this was the only thing we found available. There is a 7-Eleven, a few fast food places, a Denny's & A few blocks down there are other restaurants & hotels/motels. The good thing is no one tried getting into our room and they didn't break into our truck.

The room was on the 3rd floor I'm a senior but the exercise was good. The woman that checked me out after 3 days had a bad attitude! The towels were dingy and hard like towels you use to wash your car! The room was clean and that was more important! Will not stay there again unless extremely necessary!

Its alot better than that sleeping fellow they thought was cool but that still leaves a lot left to be desired. Thats my take on it.its really not for or operates with kids in mind with for kids your kids to be running in here alone. He was saying that all kinds of shady character be on here. So i get what he was saying. But all in all. I could NOT and will not recommend this Motel to any for my family, friends or c

It was disgusting. I reserved online took me 10 min to check in there were cockroaches and trash in my room and I paid $136 for a suite that wasn't clean. I had to wipe down all surfaces.

Not a very good motel 6 in Stockton California, the rooms are not very modern and the young Indian lady is very rude. Location is on March LN off of Interstate 5 south bound exit

Very rude people try to talk to house keeper they don't speak English or at least they play that way
No onsite laundromat
Elevator is all rickity the osha permit is dated 5 years ago in 2016

Room was dirty, most things didn't work. People were fighting on the outside of our room at 2 am. At least there were no bedbugs.

Thank you so much to the short Hispanic lady who understood life struggle and alouded my wife and I to get a room becausethe third party vendor that we went through wouldn't allow us to refund our money thank you so much the room was clean and quiet

I have always chosen motel 6 and had a good experience but this one was a dive the room was a dump the price at 100.00 ridiculous I would not recommend this to anyone

I have stayed in 50+ Motel6 locations. This is the first that was bad. "Non-smoking" room smelled like cig smoke and body odor. No weatherstripping under door so traffic noise was very loud. Shower knob just spun on the shaft so no way to control temperature. Sink faucet lukewarm at best. Cig burns on blanket, big stains on bedspread. Very poor picture on TV (old, unmaintained analog system), WiFi too weak to connect. Roaches. Motel6 needs to pull their franchise.

For the amount of money you spend here.

No hot water. $70.00 a night is not worth staying here for the lack of hot water. It’s literally 45 degrees outside. What kind of establishment are you running here? Why did you not inform the guests or myself before booking this hotel?

I’m livid.
