So far is the best car wash? I’ve have tried out out of seven car wash in San Fernando Valley. Prices are reasonable for the two times shampoo and the two times rinsing with water and the service is excellent by the manager controlling the car wash very well

Heads up guys, don't visit this cars wash they gonna scratch your car, if you are a regular customer or just visted it, check the right side of your car.

Best car wash I ever been too. I also appreciate the traffic control also. Staff were also very attentive

I have use Bellagio since moving to Van Nuys about 4 years ago. The hours are great. The equipment is reliable. The wash and dry functions are great. The staff is helpful. I will continue to use Bellagio for our two cars.

Originally started coming here for the convenience of being nearby, but I kept coming here for the excellent service and great monthly subscription! Friendly staff, and great management! Thanks! Pro tip: if you have FasTrak or any other RFID windshield pass, and it interferes with your membership sticker RFID, ask management for one of those handy RFID blocker cards!

Fair price for an oil change, but they will always push you to buy a cabin filter even if there's nothing wrong with yours.

Worst carwash! Do not come! They have faulty machines and has been damaging countless cars and getting away with it! They will say why didn’t the car next or behind you complained! Look at Yelp and they have been breaking cars and getting away with property damage! Most they have been deleting! They don’t care they want your money and won’t help when facing liabilities! Be aware!

This business should shut down hiding rather than being professional! You damaged my property you fix it!

Manager Is disrespectful knowing they scratched my car! Even challenge me to come over there to what? I came for a quick car wash only to find out when I got a scratch! Their faulty machine has been ruining personal property and they are getting away with it!

If you love your car go elsewhere and thank me later! It is not worth it! This company stinks! They just want our money and don't value customers knowing they did something writing!
Check on their employees as well if they are well trained or working legally. Just a thought.

The employees outside the machinery (the oil change shop) and a manager (or a security guard, it was difficult to say) are the most idiotically rude employees ever. These employees notoriously hate working there and don't know how to relate to customers.

I DO NOT recommend this place.

So irresponsible staff and management, horrible customer service, I don’t recommend this place at all in case you are looking to spend more money on your car damage afterwards. Very disappointing customer service.

Description of complaint:
I went in for a car wash and came out with a crack and scuffs on my rear window and side windows. I noticed the crack and reached out to one of the employees outside the oil change shop, he said his name is Michael and when I was describing the situation, he was hesitant and would not let me speak, automatically stating that he was once a windshield repair man and knew that I had a previous impact on my windshield, that further cracked by going into the car wash. I was upset trying to understand the logic behind this and also, taken back by the lack of clarity in his part. I asked to confirm that he had never experienced cracked or damaged vehicles while working at the carwash and stated he never, unless they were previously cracked and then remembered an incident when the machine malfunctioned and fell on a vehicle. He went on to point out how no other cars but, mine were damaged within that time pan, and I told him I couldn’t verify that since, all I knew and was aware of was, my car and how it was not damaged in anyway (either a crack on the windshield or scuffs on the rest of my windows). In the middle of my complaint, another customer approached with a different complaint in which Michael was beyond condescending. He asked me to look out all his other incidents and that I would be shock to find none. I mentioned that perhaps people weren’t reporting these for legal matter or afraid of the repercussions. I implore that an investigation is conducted ASAP, this equipment is faulty and is in fact causing damage on personal property.

They are an automatic, non-hands on car wash, which does a terrible job. I paid $14 for a car wash and it didn't even get the dried bug guts off my windshield, much less the front of my car. A total waste of money. No one available to register a complaint. I'll never go back there.

I love getting my car washed here. It's so easy, fast and convenient. Plus the Price is Right.

This is my place to go! Love their service. The wash is great have this big and thick cotton rubbers that leave your auto super clean and their vacuum area is always working unlike other places where half of their vacuum sites are broke so you just wash and go
