The worker took out my cuticles too much and my nail was bleeding for over an hour.

Diane is amazing. She’s fast, nice, and has great energy about her. My nails are always perfect. I’ll text her the day I want to come in and she always accommodates me. Best nail spa in the palisades they let you sit in the comfy chairs even just for a manicure:)

I was told to wait an hour just to get my eyebrows done in an EMPTY SHOP! Just workers and ONE lady getting her nails done, and I got sent away. Horrible facility overall I won’t even ask to use their bathroom.

One of the worst pedis i’ve ever had. The place is worn, doesn’t feel clean. The pedicure I received was sloppy. I came home and cleaned it up myself. I won’t be back.
