Job is still in process, but Bellows has been super professional from the start. They explain every step and answer every question on the spot. Couldn't be happier so far.

I was surprised at the same day service that I received. I know that may not always be possible, but they professionally let you know when they will arrive for service. They call before arriving and send a picture of the service representative. Very professional with your safety in mind. I have never found a representative that was not highly skill in their trade. When you have a stopped drain, you do not need to panic, as we all do, just call Bellows and your worries are over.

I have used them to in install a hot water heater years ago. They not only did the job but they did upgrades that were needed. They also added upgrades that were required in Santa Clara County but not here. It was not that expensive and shows that they are forward thinking. Not only that, but they sent a service person to represent my job at the meeting with the inspector for final sign off. Outstanding.

They did a big sewer replacement job for a friend of mine. My friend was very satisfied. It seems that they can do it all. They even do electrical, heating and cooling services. If the needed arises, and your house is in needed of repairs. Don't stress just call Bellows and they will do the rest.

I do not like writing reviews and I refused to do it. Bellows is of such superior quality that I just cannot say no.

Finally, I would not trust anyone else with my home.

We have used Bellows twice for ac repair. Both times the repair techs have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the problem quickly with no up selling or high pressure sales to upgrade our equipment. The last time our ac failed on the hottest day of the year on a holiday weekend. Bellows returned my call quickly and scheduled an appt for later that day. The tech texted and was able to come up early which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

We’ve used Bellows a few times. They were one of the only companies who would come out and do a small job for us which resulted in them installing a mini split system in our house. They did an excellent job and are always super responsive. Then we needed our kitchen sink plumbing repaired and Josh came to help us out, super nice guy, very professional and clearly knows what he’s doing. We’ll use bellows for everything going forward!

Fantastic team! Mike and Candace are very communicative and customer oriented. They did a great job repairing our sewer lateral and the landscaping looked just as great as it was before the major repair. I would definitely recommend this business.

Bellows installed a high end water softener. It was a tricky installation. As usual, the end product exceeded expectations. Very clean installation. We’ve never regretted using their recommended units: Water heater, furnace, and now water softener. These are quality units that will last. And Bellows stands by their work.

I was visiting at a family home on cherry avenue in Capitola august 17th when the toilet needed to be replaced. A huge shout out to Justin and Joseph for outstanding service and over the top courtesy and professionalism. A superb job well done!

Bellows came out to fix a leak in the tub fauset.they did that, but the guy doing the job never showed me how to activate the shower. There was no pull up tab to activate the shower. I called Bellows to send someone out to show me and the lady said I would be charged to send someone out. Really, it took me a while to figure it out. It was at the bottom of the spout, and you had to have the water on to activate the shower. What a joke. Won't use Bellows again.

Bellows was responsive from first call, always on time, gave a text to let me know when technicians were on the way. I had originally contacted them for an install, but when their electrician was here for the estimate, I asked about other items that I had because I thought they were only HVAC. Turns out they can do all sorts of electrical as well as boilers- not just standard work. Everyone there is pleasant and knowledgeable and I am thrilled with their work!

Excellent. Very knowledgeable. Professional. Had an issue with replacing UV air scrubber bulb that they are committed. The bulb was replaced but very difficult to get at. They are returning with a proposal.

We just purchased a new home and had trouble with our ac system. Our repair person Steve quickly uncovered a wiring problem, fan speed and replaced a fuse. He took the time to show us our nest thermostat recently purchased and got our ac system running in no time. We plan to stay with Bellows for maintenance going forward because of our great service today with Steve. I would recommend Bellows to a friend.

So far I just had my initial consultation and I was super impressed by how thoroughly Nathan communicated my options. I felt educated without being talked down to. Excited to use the company for a ton of work em we need to get done!

I used to be a fan of Bellows, but not any more. I had to have my sewer lateral replaced. It took them 4 days to dig it out and replace the pipe, which is great. Then nothing happened for a week, until they schedule both the asphalt and sidewalk concrete on the same day. The concrete sub-contractor said they could not access the sidewalk due to the asphalt work, and left. They are supposed to show up next week. Because the concrete removal was directly in front of my driveway, it means I'll be at least 3 weeks without access to my driveway, as it takes 5 days to set the concrete for a vehicle.

I've spent a lot of money with Bellows over the years (furnace retrofit in a victorian, tankless water heater, gas pipe work, gas meter move, water pipe work, and this sewer lateral). You'd think they would have at least tried to get this done right. I had to call 4 times just to get them to give me a fixed date for the concrete, which then didn't even work out.

Professional work and extremely knowledgeable crew. In time service and kept us in the loop every step of the fix. Fix took 2 days but crew was friendly and informative.

Local business and next-level professionalism. Friendly, respectful staff. Always kept me informed on next steps. Bonus points for texting me the name and photo of the person coming to my house. So thoughtful of customer safety! I’ve already scheduled additional work.

I just finished having a floor heater in my old home replaced with forced air heating system, as well as the installation of a whole house dehumidifier, and a bathroom fan.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the installation and my interactions with all the staff all the way through the process. Brent was an excellent estimator, Bailey was a great point of contact at the shop, and Russell helped lay out the system in a way that was functional. I owe a HUGE shout out to the installers, Nick and crew, who were polite, courteous, positive and worked hard to make sure that all the project details were attended to. I would absolutely use Bellows again and would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. My home was left tidy and the project looks and works great. Thank you!

The company is extremely responsive and kept me up to date with all the schedules. The technicians (Mike U + another team member) where very professional and extremely attentive. They explained exactly what they are going to do. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Great job Bellows!

Complete drain pipe replacement was handled very professionally and timely. The project included putting back deck boards and under-sink wall panels, which were restored to a better-than-previous condition. Highly recommended!
