Bellows is a fantastic company. Robert was friendly, easy to talk to, and provided a detailed quote. We had several quotes and Bellows was by far the best with brand recognition and a great reputation. We had them replace a 20 y/o hot water heater. Their team was so easy to work with during COVID. Jose and Tyler were professional, fast, and thorough. Lisa is exceptional and will answer any questions or provide follow up along the way.

Great experience with Bellows. Having a new AC unit, furnace and duct work replaced, they were there to make sure every step was done professionally. Appreciate the extra eye to detail and love the new AC during these hotter days (all with a lower pg&e bill)!

Can’t talk about pricing because didn’t get the estimate yet, but I can tell that during their visit to check our A/C, Trey was very nice, courteous and professional. He informed us what the problem was and gave us options. If the price is right, we will definitely work with them!

I called Bellows Plumbing and Pierre, their tech came out the next day. He was on time, very professional, and spent the time to troubleshoot our HVAC issue. He was able to provide me a short term fix with a plan for replacing a unit he found in the ceiling from 1984.

Furnace would not ignite burner. Called office and made appointment with Sofia who was very nice. Kenta arrived the next day at the scheduled time and performed diagnostics. He did not have the repair part on the truck but located one nearby. He picked up the part, returned promptly and made the repair. Very pleased overall with the response and cost.

Pete Puccio, their field representative, was excellent in helping to narrow down the right AC and furnace system for our house. In the end, we chose a Lennox system that has been working like a charm, and uses half the energy of our old clunky system. Also, special thanks to Dell and team for a terrific install that was ahead of schedule. Nice work, guys!

I was quoted a reasonable price for a maintenance visit, the technician spent plenty of time answering my questions about furnaces on site and at the end of the visit, the bill was exactly what I had been quoted over the phone. My home’s forced air is warm and now clean and I’m satisfied. Thank you for providing professional service!

Trey assessed the problem in very little time, and made a simple repair to the gas valve and a malfunctiong thermostat! He rewired the thermostat, sealed up a separation in the vent, and got my heater up and running to its full potential in no time. Great company with really nice help! Thank you Trey!
