Belton Insurance was a good company. They helped me deal with Mercury insurance which is horrible. I would give them 5 stars if they quit selling Mercury products.

An old cliche that most of us know. There's always one in every bunch that stands alone in this case it's Belltown Insurance Group our agent Fernando offering 5 star service never anything less. Fernando just saved us more than $1,000 on our insurance for 2020.

Belltown insurance group charged me $75 per month for renters insurance. Auto pay prevented me from noticing for months. They switched agents on me, moved away and did not notify me when my auto insurance policy needed to be renewed so I drove without auto insurance for a month. I would not recommend them to anyone.
