My son (9) was freaking out because his phone wouldn’t charge! I called and spoke with the gentleman and he instantly knew what was wrong and had me come the next day and fixed it in less that an hour! Will definitely use him again
Jeff was very honest and up front with me about my phone before I brought it in, and he told me that if he had to use parts and labor to fix my phone it would take up to $90 to do that. When I got in, he found that my actual problem was very minor, and he fixed it within 5 minutes, and only charged me $5.
I'm sure there are other people who would have done the full procedure and charged me the full $90, despite my phone having only minor problems.
