3Unprofessional, ungrateful, and not to be trusted. I had been a regular here for about a year, and recently went in for my usual cut. Aside from her typical conversational crudeness, all seemed well. Until the end. After handing her the usual $20 from which I expected the usual $4 change back, since the price had always been $16, she took my money and barked, "$21! " I was stunned. As a regular, I would have expected a verbal warning about this before receiving the cut, or at least, out of honesty, an admission about this BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY AND THEN DEMANANDING MORE. I was stunned. However, being the good customer that I am, I am forgiving, and plus I have a habit of tipping. So instead of getting angry about her deceit, I handed her $2 with the extra dollar as a tip, after which, again, she barked while shaking her head, "FOR YOU, " and handed me one of my dollars back. WHAT A RUDE AND UNGRATEFUL SNAKE! DO NOT GET NEAR THIS WOMAN WITH A 10 FOOT POLE!
Always a great experience. Note that the price of a regular haircut (trimmer + scissors) is $21.
