Ben Clymer’s The Body Shop, Moreno Valley CA

They made me pay and sign before receiving my car and after receiving it we told the staff that it had not turned out well! And now they are not responsible for the work.

I never write reviews, but I have to for Ben Clymers. From the start, the entire process was AMAZING! Sigi was very thorough in explaining the damages to the car and keeping me updated during the process. Car looked like it never had been in an accident. It was perfect. This will be my go to shop if I ever need body work in the future. Highly recommend!

The original body shop wouldn't touch my car until November 2023.they told me that in late August 2023. These guys not only had it done in 3 weeks but have it looking better than when I first purchased it 9 months ago as a 2 year old vehicle. Polite and courteous staff. Professionals with a lot of technical knowledge.

This is the best place for quality work and price you can ask for! I would not take my vehicle anywhere else! Thank you so very much Robert for everything especially your honesty! Highly recommend this shop for sure! Absolutely no reason to waste your time getting other estimates either!

The best body shop I have ever been to. The gentleman Siggi and the front staff including Stephanie were so helpful to me. Anytime I had a question they were there. I wanted my vehicle back much quicker and they totally came through. It was absolutely unbelievable. The vehicle looks brand new with their spectacular job and they washed my car for me as well. Thank you again for everything Siggi, Stephanie, and staff.

I was Hit from behind recently. I work with my insurance and went through this body shop. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work, the car came out looking very good, everything works properly, the service was very good, they contacted me and had. Text an email updates on the status. There was a website link that showed the progress. Hey, even let me Store the vehicle while I was gone on vacation. Before I picked it up. Overall. It's a good body shop and I would use it again with no hesitation

Robert and the whole team were so amazing and kind.they were super attentive to any questions i had along the way and they returned my car looking fresh off the lot.i'm so glad i chose this shop as i could forget all the stress dealing with the insurance side of things thanks to their excellent service.

Do not bring your vehicle here. I had the worst experience first off they added 2 new dents. They got glue on my roof. The paint doesn’t even match. Plus overspray on my rims and want me to drop off the vehicle and take a Uber back smh they could at the very least pick up the vehicle and fix their mistakes.

This has been the best experience I have ever had. If I could give more stars to this place I would. Every staff member is client-directed; they will do everything and go out of their way to help the client get their issue resolved. Special shout out to Kevin and Sigi in the Moreno Valley Shop. I cannot stress enough how amazing they are. They made my experience there less stressful. Communication was excellent. Thanks to you all!
