I bought a $100 propane control system in Feb 2022, the first time I changed the propane tank this year both sides of the hose fittings are leaking. I took it back and they said 'what do you expect us to do about it'. Suggested I call the manufacturer, and offered to sell me 2 $24 hose replacements. When I asked for a break on the price because of the inferior part they sold me, they said 'why would I do that? '

I ordered 2 new steel braided hoses to be delivered same day from Amazon at $18 for both and noticed the regulator splitter for sale for $24. Should have bought from Amazon - no bad attitude, delivered same day for less than 1/2 the price.

Our trailer broke down on our cross country trip and found this place by chance. Thanks to Raul who changed the axle, rims and springs we were able to keep going the next day. Fabulous work! Thanks for the great experience!

I have been going to Benlo for 8 years and always loved the staff the prices and the availability. About 2 years ago there was a change of ownership and have been there 4 times since and all 4 ended up in bad experiences.
