This place is amazing! Trust me, I lived in Japan so I know good ramen: D just needs vegetarian options.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years now. We used to love it here bit recently they have gone downhill because of poor service. Myself, my wife, and my 2 small children went there on Sunday 12/18 to eat dinner. When we got there the lobby was packed with people with barely any room to sit or stand, and yet there were plenty of empty tables. It was pretty obvious that they were very under staffed so we decided just to order to go.

Here’s where just lack of service and poor customer relations came in to play. As we were waiting for our food we decided to sit on one of the many empty tables since there were barely any room on the small lobby area. We chose a table thats on the very edge/corner of the restaurant so we are not getting on anyone’s way. However for some reason the host (male curly hair) targeted us and made us get off the table and made us stand on the very crowded lobby. This is after the fact the we spent close to $100 in food and he saw that we were with 2 small children. His excuse was he was going to sit people on when we were sitting. Really? Half of the tables were empty and if his intentions was good then why not offer us a different table to wait? So needless to say they lost a long time customer, but I’m pretty sure they don’t care about that.

Came to eat here with my family just to be given the worst service. For one the restaurant was EMPTY. We ordered our food and some of our food took over 45 mins to be served. We kept being told “ a couple of more minutes” we finally all finished eating the small amount of food that was given to us but we were ready to leave. NO ONE checked in on us. The food being brought out late isn’t the servers fault but upon asking him to speak to a manager. THE MANAGER rejected that, as I said it was empty. Then we were told we still have to pay for the food that still hadn’t come out because we were tired of waiting. After paying what we DID eat they brought out the rest of the food but we were already at the front door, they noticed we were leaving when I tell you they did the most dramatic take back ever, good to know they threw perfectly good food away to make there petty point. I asked for the managers name and I was given 3-4 different names while I asked other workers. So to make the review more specific so you may find out what the manager who was really working that day. This occurred Sunday Oct. 23 2020 at 4pm-5pm these are the names I was given for the manager and I’m sure there all fake (sandy, Jennifer, Danika)

We were a group of 12 adults for birthday celebration.we had garlic edamame, calamari, chicken karaage, bento, and noodles, etc… all enjoyed the food.would have given a 5-star if they had a small cake or something special for the birthday person!

Service takes way to long, they’ll have you sitting there for over 30 mins and it’s EMPTY. Just ridiculous

A little pricey (40$ for a lunch for one) but the portion sizes make up for it. The ramen was very flavorful and had a bunch of toppings to choose from. The salmon sashimi was super fresh and very tender.

We love going to Bento. Yummy food and service is good. The ladies there have worked there for a while so every time we go they recognize us. We recommend it

A little bit disappointed, food was good as always but the take out portions are smaller than sitting in the restaurant

Take out was paid on arrival and when u saw my order the other female worker said I didn't pay told her I did! Ran my card again! Looked at my bank statement was charged 2x drove over, oh we reversed the 2nd charhe she said no sorry I yried to yell her now I have 2 wait a couple days for my money but the young man was nice when I called! Won't go back will go to, okami by board and brew!

Careful when you order To-Go, some of them don't know what they are doing even charged us twice and the girl didn't even care. Good food tho

Did takeout. Was done quickly and perfectly done. The ramen is so tasty. I always get extra garlicky ramen and it never disappoints.

Great place to bring your family and enjoy sushi. They have a few options for kid meals that the kids will enjoy.

The service here greatly upset me. I was excited because of all the 5 star reviews. The server and I had a language barrier which led to me receiving the wrong order. When I brought this up she just told me "you have to pay more! " The ramen was okay at best.

I love ordering from this place. I find it to be cheaper and always really quick with filling orders (I order mostly online for curbside pickup). They’ve never messed up my order. The only reason I give 4 stars is because each roll comes in a large plastic box and it seems like such a waste of plastic and the chopsticks are very poor quality and I feel like I’m getting pieces of wood with each bite.

The variety of Sushi rolls, tempura and gyoza are all amazing. We have been going to Bento for decades. Consistency is what you will experience every time. The sushi is always fresh and just melts in your mouth. This place is a hidden gem! You will not be disappointed.
