Over a year dealing with this guys chasing my parts terrible way of conduct business

I would rank this business a 0 if it was an option. This business owner apparently does not know how to conduct business professionally. Professionalism means having your parts ready and available for your customers to pick up. My son has been dealing with this owner for over a year and all he gets is the run around and excuses. A lot of people have life going on Allan and yet we still stick to our word. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. And if this does not get resolved shortly, a civil suit will be filed and this business will be responsible for all damages and legal fees.
