The purchase and installation of my Regency gas fireplace insert went smoothly and rather quickly. Moises and his team did a fabulous job of installing the insert and now my vintage tiles in this 103 year old house really is showcased by the Regency insert. Kona, the plumber came promptly and Moises Tapia was very courteous and efficient in doing the electrical. I would highly recommend Berkeley Heat and this team of contractors.

Excellent customer service from both NIc and Cesar. Any and every question we had was address quickly and completely. I feel the price of the unit we ordered was fair. The installation my Moises and his son, Isaac was also excellent. I have recommended the services of Berkeley Heat to a friend that is interested in getting a fireplace insert. Nic was awesome and spent the time really understanding what we needed in terms of our inserts. Raincrow and team did a beautiful installation job. The scheduling was a little challenging given it's the dead of winter and they have full calendars, but once you get them to your home, you won't be disappointed!

Cesar was very knowledgable about all the fireplace options and helped me choose a beautiful solution that fits my fireplace. He arranged for an installer who did a great job; his price was very competitive. The day of installation the log set supplied was missing one item (the volcanic rocks) and Cesar sent someone out to my house immediately with the rocks. Thank you Berkeley Tubmakers!

He came during the day on Christmas eve to complete the installation so we'd have the fireplace for our family gathering. Great installation and easy to work with both the sales team and the installers. Loving my new fireplace. The only downside is I wish the termperature were programmable so it could turn on and warm up the house before I get up in the morning.

They helped me select the right hot tub, and then stored it for me for an extra month until my landscaping plans were done. Nic is very nice, and the contractors he recommended for delivery & gravel pad and electrical hook up were also top notch. Plus they have a cute little dog on the premises!
