Really bad bad experience! The people at the front desk, were so tude, didn’t greet me and then a black lady came out and stats yellin g me for no reason nobody has to be trested like this, his was the 4th time I went there and it’s the ladt time and of course nevet recomend this place!

I get a full body exam once a year at Berman Skin Institute. Not only is the exam quite thorough, but I've always been seen within 10 minutes of my arrival and the billing has been handled accurately and efficiently.

Had great experiences at both the Palo Alto location and Walnut Creek locations. Had Fraxel Laser Skin treatment and also smart-lipo.
No stars! These people are insincere as they sweet talk you into their services - feigning interest and charging exorbitant prices. No other cosmetic surgeon I consulted charges these ridiculous prices. The worst problem was that they ordered unnecessary and extrememly expensive lab work done without telling me what the lab work was for. I assumed it was the routine CBC blood panel that all surgeries require, but when I received John Muir's lab bill it was $500! - for a lab test that I think was unnecessary and a mistake on their part, although they won't admit that. They never even bothered to contact me after receiving the lab results. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy
