7We were in a hurry running errands, so decided to grab some Joe's Sushi to go. Delicious! The tempura broccoli florets, stayed crispy all the drive home. Ahi tuna was fresh & tasty. The Cathedral City rolls like always were to die for. Spicy tuna hand rolls were works of art and delicious. Can never go wrong with Joe's Sushi!
The businesses that pay rent there complain that they're getting gouged so their prices are too high for the customer, the only good businesses there to visit is Carl's Jr and maybe Subway simply because they used to be open 24 hours but I don't think they are anymore so now their value is much less sadly.
The grocery store a HomeGoods a Jack in The box a gas station a tire company Italian restaurant smoke shop or Walgreens a wienerschnitzel everything that you could possibly want anyone shopping center.

It difficult to maneuver in not well designed as a result drivers were all over the place no sense of direction.
Joe's sushi is great.staff is very professional and food is delicious
Just a bit scary at night with some “interesting” kids hanging around. Otherwise it was OK. Chef Noodles had very good soup.
