What I like about Michlin and staff is their flexibility and patience.
It took a while to finally be helped by Michelle.
She is very knowledgable, easy to talk to and always has students with her that are eager to learn and mirror her example.
The office staff is very helpful, especially Shannon.
I could go on and on.
I dont refer lightly but this group gets a thumbs up from me.

My name is Brittney and I am a long time patient of Dr. Mitchlin‘s. He is a wonderful physician, his staff is loving, caring, kind and I have never received bad treatment one time there in three years. Never someone snobby nothing. Dr. Mitchlin to me is like family, he treats his patients like family and he does care you can see it and feel it. Thank you Dr. Mitchlin and staff are doing everything that you do every day! It’s not unappreciated! Nor is it unnoticed! I look forward with many years to come, I require can’t chronic treatment, so it’s good to know there’s nice people there each month! Thanks again!

The lack of empathy is overwhelmingly disappointing. Especially, in times where having just a little would make a significant impact on people’s life’s. I’ve been in their care for 3 years. Take medication daily and rely on it to function normally. I’ve paid my co-payments, helped with any insurance issues, and treat the entire staff with respect month over month. This month my insurance is changing due to starting a new job because my last company went under due to Covid economy. I was told at my last visit. Give us a call, we’ll help you. I called, was told to come in, went in today on a Friday and was the last patient. Was told to pay several hundred dollars which I get but unfortunately, forgot my wallet because I rushed after they told me if I didn’t get there by 4: 30, I was not going to be seen. I had Apple Pay ready but again, was understanding they didn’t have it set up. The office manager told me sorry you can’t be seen. I told him I took several daily medications, I was out, and I start a new job on Monday which btw, the training takes place in another state for 3 weeks so I leave Monday morning. He said sorry, you can’t be seen. I asked, what will happen if I just stop all these medications? Response; you’ll have a really bad weekend. Bottom line, for 3 years I’ve come here and just like that, I’m kicked to the curb. They couldn’t show 1 once of empathy when I needed it most and now I’m going into the weekend and starting a job on Monday without my meds that they put me on in the first place. On top of that, I’m a single full time father. This affects more than just me. That’s my review.zero empathy

Dr. Michlin’s office is always clean and welcoming. I appreciate how they have snacks available in the waiting room. The front desk staff is usually friendly and waiting times are not that long. Dr. Michlin is professional and a good listener who seems engaged in my conversations.

First time at the office today. Staff very friendly. Felt welcome. Very efficient office as every patient waiting never waited for an extended period.

Saw Cameron a P. A and Brandon a PA student to have a wound dressing replaced after a cyst was removed. They made it as painless as possible. Cameron also told me that if I needed another one removed in the future he can do it no problem vs.having to refer me out and have me wait. Much appreciated! As who wants to wait when they have an inflammed cyst.

Will be back for any medical needs.
