The neighborhood had gone done hill and fast. The fighting amongst the board members have prevented the necessary repairs to be done to the condos and the surrounding areas. The leaking roofs and rusted out hand rails are an embarrassment. If you are looking to buy, I’d look else where. I’m unfortunately stuck and can’t sell as real estate has pointed out.we can’t sell a home with a leaking roof, rusted hand rails and visible termite damage.
