From start to finish, Bertrand's provided excellence in customer service. They assisted us in selecting the perfect school band instrument and made the whole process easy and affordable. Once upon a time I was in the music retail business, having owned a small shop in Arizona. Bertrand's meets and exceeds all expectations!

I found the experience at Bernard’s Music store in Rancho Penasquitos excellent. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful and they had a generous stock of both rental and new instruments for sale.

At what is probably their busiest time of the year, the sales associate (I think that her name is McKenna) was handling all questions from many parents and helped my daughter understand the options and make a choice that she’s really excited about. After we got home, some damage was noticed that prompted me to bring it back to the store today. Kiara did everything that she could to correct the problem and demonstrated a genuine commitment to the quality of the instruments that they are renting out. My expectations were exceeded and looking forward to the talents being developed with this instrument.
