The sales people tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you their product but they do not stand behind it. They will even show you worthless extended warranties that do not cover anything. When my significant other and I bought my motor scooter they stated he could add me to it after we make our first payment Yamaha Finance says that is not the case do not trust their sales people find another company

Very nice salesman specially Chip, he stayed helping us through the end. Very professional and took his time to explain to us all that we needed. They worked with us and made it possible for us to purchase our Polaris. Ty

B E W A R E I was sold a 2021 Canam XRS with smart shock stickers but no actual smart shock setup! I made it known to the salesman for over a year that I wanted smart shocks only to find out months later after my purchase I didn’t pay for smart shocks. Very disappointed and would definitely recommend taking your time fully combing over your ride before purchasing anything from Berts.

I should have bought from Chaparral motorsports instead. In the the time ive had my BRAND NEW bike. Its had an oil leak and now the bike wont turn over. Both times, the warranty was useless. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! It covers NOTHING! Just to get your bike seen. Its $175-$250. Then it will be the $250 on top of whatever the cost for parts and possibly labor if its over 2 hours. I highly suggest you save your money or better yet, shop elsewhere. Not to mention. When I initially bought the bike. They "messed up" on the paperwork and were charging me hundreds more. I caught them and they played dumb but then fixed it. These are some shady ass practices. 2/10 would NOT reccomend.

They make money at MSRP. But these guys are at $1200 over and super high pressure to take that. No vaseline. Stay away and shop for a better deal.

Awesome experience from start to finish. We bought this fun Moke and did some upgrades. Ron and his crew are dialed. Super Happy A+

Customer Service of Marc Anothony was on point very knowledgeable and humble guy I give him! It's huge, clean, and you'll find what you are looking for. I love that they have all kinds of Movie Characters all over the store it's so entertaining.

The entire experience was great from the greeting at the entrance throughout the paperwork and to the ultimate delivery! I will highly recommend Bert’s to all my motorsports friends and anyone else within earshot! Thanks for a pain free purchase!

This place is a joke no bikes in stock salesman acted like he was best in la area. He told me no one In California could get the bike I was after I told him my city local dealer has four but I didn't like there prices so I was doing around he didn't believe me I told him a couple other dealers in la had it he says d it's not true so I simply left and went to so cal motorcycle and bought the bike I wanted. Idk if he thought I was broke or wasting his time but when I go to shop I'm ready to buy. Oh well he lost his commission. But save time go elsewhere like I said they be are clowns

Wanted my first motorcycle after years of not riding. Knew what i wanted and was willing to pay. First spoke to Rigo (sales), then Jordan (sales) on the price. After a couple of days we came to a mutual agreement and then I physically went there to seal the deal and pickup my motorcycle.
I had an all over positive experience speaking with them, no high pressure sales just conversation. After filling out some paperwork, I was introduced to Gary in finance. Another great experience, not pushy and no high pressure sales to add stuff on I didn't need or want.
After that, the check out person (cant remember his name but was equally nice) did a demo of the controls then I was off on my way home. I can't say how their service department is, but can say that if I were in the market for anything they sold, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Do not finance through Syncrony Bank.
Do not buy from Berts. Run away. 6 months, I have had my Kawasaki KLX 110. The battery went out after 30 days.

Syncncrony bank does not allow a grace period. It is do on the first. And a 30 dollar charge will come immediately after on the 2nd.

If I knew now what I knew then I would not have purchased from Berts.

I am just going to pay it off.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars.

Berts is a MAJOR rip off!
They literally have a $2000 dealership mark up on their price tag.
They tried to quote me $11700 otd for a $7500 bike. After negotiation, the final sale price was $10400. I just took it as is, but the very next place I called quoted me $9100 otd for the EXACT same bike, off the bat without negotiation.
Luckily I was able to cancel the deal, and buy an upgraded ABS model somewhere else for one THOUSAND dollars cheaper.

I understand that that's the business, but do you really want to give that business to such a dishonest company?
I highly recommend to go ANYWHERE besides Berts.

I used to say Berts was a good place to sit on bikes to decide what you want, but even their show room is limited now

I bought my motorcycle here in August of 2020. Almost a year later in July 2021 I had issues with my gas gauge and an oil leak. My bike was still under factory warranty so I thought there would be no problem getting my bike fixed. After all this is where I bought it. Boy, was I wrong.

Never in my life have I been required to authorize money to repair a motorcycle that was under warranty. Yet Bert's required me to sign a paper authorizing over five hundred dollars in work, for a bike that is still under warranty. What sense does that make?

I should have walked out right there, but I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. When it was all said and done Bert's wanted me to pay for an inspection that should have been covered under warranty. I even contacted the manufacturer who agreed that I should have never been charged.

The problem was Bert's didn't even want to bother submitting the oil leak to the manufacturer as a warranty issue. After weeks of back and forth, I contacted the manufacturer directly and it was only then that Bert's decided to not charge me, but even up the the hour of my pick up Bert's insisted that I owed them money to fix a bike that is under warranty. I had to have the manufacturer contact Bert's several times before the issues was resolved.

Now, let's talk about Eduardo Alvarez, the representative of Bert's who I dealt with. He was smug, arrogant and argumentative. He acted as though it was an inconvenience to deal with me. That was evident by the fact that he didn't return my calls. I also observed his attitude problem while he was dealing with another customer on the phone. He was disrespectful and spoke to this lady as if she was beneath him.

After it was all said and done I noticed that whoever worked on my bike scratched a couple of my engine covers. I didn't call Bert's about it because I don't trust they will do the right thing, so why bother?

If you want to do business with a dealership that will cause more problems than they solve, then Bert's is your place. If you want to do business with someone who respects you and treats you like a person instead of a revenue stream, go somewhere else.

Everything was going good until I was leaving with my motorcycle, the plates were not installed properly; now I will have to fix it on my own because they didn't have the right screws and knuckles to fix at the time of departure and the guys mentioned that it was going to stay like that

Friendly service. Unfortunately due to covid, not a whole lot of the new street bikes. Still a good selection of off road vehicles

Highly recommend them…
Blue and Cristina help me even after hours, answered all questions I had, out of all the other dealerships I browse around, this was the best… not a single issue with them

I went there to buy a bike (I did). First there is a pretty silly "dealer markup" for no real reason, although they claim its for prep. I buy the bike and they tool it back into the shop to "set it up for me". I picked it up, get it home and, well, the date was off, the time was off, the settings were in metric, it was dirty and had a bunch of finger prints on it - which in the age of covid means I had to wipe with clorox wipes, then go over with quick detailer

This place is okay if you don't want drive to far for a motorcycle. Would not recommend, mainly for the fact of a manufacturer PRICE and then you have BERT'S PRICE WHICH IS LIKE ADDITIONAL 1,500 TO 2,000. For no reason, seems they tried to really make money off there bikes better off going to a dealership not some third company.

I’ve come here for years to buy motorcycles and seadoos. I purchased a helmet yesterday and came in to return it because it didn’t exactly fit. Some guy inspected it and said it was damaged because it had hair on the shield. I wiped it off, and he responded with, “ohhhhh. ” He took the helmet to the back for 10 mins and said I couldn’t return it due to damage. Go somewhere else to buy gear.
