Dr. Renato Sanchez at Bespoke Treatments in Del Mar is an exceptional physical therapist! His expertise and understanding of my injury are crucial in my recovery. His effective treatment not only alleviated my pain but has helped me tremendously with flexibility, mobility and strength Additionally, his personable approach makes the entire process a pleasure. My experience at Bespoke has been incredible. Initially, I started using their services due to a degenerating hip and spent several months strengthening the muscles in that area. Eventually, I required a complete hip replacement which became very painful by the time it could be scheduled. The positive mental and physical support prior to the replacement and after has been professional, personal, and extremely helpful to me in terms of helping me to understand the medical process itself and the best way to rebuild the muscles through multiple strengthening exercises. My recovery has been amazing - (much faster than the orthopedic office assumed) and I really believe it was due to the thorough preparation prior and the solid followup, after, at Bespoke. I could not recommend this group more! Carolyn Wright and Renato Sanchez have specifically helped me but I have also met others at the Del Mar location who seem equally qualified and inspiring. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for excellence in the PT arena coupled with a friendly, personal approach.

I was greatly injured with a 9 to 5 labrum tear my freshman year of lacrosse and had surgery to fix it at the end of my sophomore year. It is all thanks to Bespoke’s specialized care, in depth knowledge, and amazing strengthen environment that I was able to recover as remarkably as I have now, and even strengthened myself further along the way. Their knowledge of the different muscles and workouts provides the optimal recovery plan. They provide a safe environment where you may push yourself without reaching too far out of your comfort zone. And it is also their staff, the amazing men and women that work there such as Brad and Renato that I was able to recover as well as I did. To all whom are considering Bespoke, I give it my highest praise and recommend you go.

I’m so thankful for receiving the best one on one care from Renato. I’ve been seeing him for a herniated disk. He goes above and beyond. You can tell that he really cares and is invested in your recovery.

I have been at bespoke for 2+ months now and it has completely changed my life. In 2021 I sustained a career ending knee injury, and have had 4 surgeries since. I had no hope in my recovery until I started working with Renato.

He is beyond educated, caring, organized, and motivating and giving me the best care I could possibly get. My program has been successful and I have seen rapid improvements in my entire body. My doctors in the past all told me I would never play again, never have full motion, and probably never run but we have already beat all odds and I feel fantastic (and safe) entering those challenges again after 2.5 years. Coming into an environment where you truly feel cared for is something you can’t get anywhere else.

Bespoke is amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for a trusted Physical Therapist. The space is so clean and inviting, but more importantly, it's about the Physical Therapists. Each PT is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I work with Renato and he is always explaining to me why he's doing certain things and why each exercise is going to positively influence my recovery. Renato has built a trusted environment for me and I feel confident in the progress I have made after each session. Each Physical Therapist that I have met at Bespoke is outgoing, extremely smart, and professional and I couldn't say more positive things about Bespoke.

Katie is a fantastic PT. I have worked with several PTs in the past and this has been my most productive experience. I believe it is because Bespoke has a number of ways to measure strength and mobility and then they design specific protocols based on those measurements as well as track progress. One of my injuries is now better than ever and the other one is in the best condition it has been in the last five years! Highly recommend!

Renato was a big help in rehabbing my achilles. I appreciated his ability to relate to my situation, offer recommendations for both rehab and strengthening routines to prevent injury in the future, and provide feedback on my biomechanics. I would absolutely return as conditions require.

The only challenge was the cost of service. It was certainly high quality and I appreciate the clear and upfront explanation provided, but ultimately it did affect how many times I was able to engage in service.

The Del Mar location is a great place for physical therapy. The facilities are very clean and welcoming. My therapist was Renato and he was amazing! He was very kind and caring and he chose exercises to help relieve the pain from my lower back. He pushed me a little but not too much. He also gave me exercises to do at home. If you are looking for a good physical therapist then I would highly recommend Renato!

Bespoke Treatments PT is just what the name means - crafted just for you. Even though your doctor wrote a prescription for PT, as you work at healing, other things might pop up and that's what Bespoke PT is so great at. My therapist is Katie Adamson and she is kind, a great listener, an outstanding practitioner and has become someone I love having on my "team". She is incredibly responsive to my aches and pains (I'm old!) and ready with new ideas to try, a gentle way of "pushing me" to the next level and overall, the ideal person to care for my aging body. I think of PT and Katie as a regular part of my self-care routine. Check them out!

I very rarely leave reviews; however, Bespoke in Del mar is certainly deserving of one!
I was looking for a sports physical therapist to assist me in achieving my goals of overall strengthening and conditioning.
Personal communication and interactions from day one of goal setting to monitoring results and improvements have been top notch.

I have worked with Dr. Jereme Schumacher and Dr. Brad Whitley at Bespoke - and they have both cultivated an excellent rehabilitation experience and training atmosphere. The experience there is truly “Bespoke” - I was 1 on 1 with my therapist for the duration of each session and the treatment plan prescribed was customized to my unique situation. In an era where there are thousands of “Fix ANY shoulder, knee, hip, etc pain” websites and videos available for free online, we can spend unlimited time trying to self diagnose and treat the injuries and pains that limit us, often to no avail. The team at Bespoke has helped me identify and fix some underlying issues that were limiting me, and also have helped me recover from a meniscal repair surgery. I am thankful for my experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Renato Sanchez at Bespoke Treatments has been excellent to work with. Each time I meet with him, he takes time to listen and understand what is going on with my body. I had a severe pinched nerve in my neck/back and I thought I would need surgery. Completely debilitating. Renato helped me to understand where I lacked mobility and stability. He provided me with effective warmup, stretching, and strength exercises. Not only is my pain completely gone, I actually have never felt this good. My week back muscles are developing and providing support that is balanced. Each session he pushes me harder to continue to grow and get stronger. I highly recommend Renato and Bespoke Treatments.

Renato Sanchez is an excellent physical therapist. His knowledge of how bodies move and how to get you moving the way you want to be is bar none.
