They schedule appointments twice and cancel the day before the appointment was scheduled. Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this company at all. I would not even give them a star. Base on the previous negative reviews, I don’t understand how they are still open. I am happy they didn’t touch my appliance.

Your site specifically says I can bring my appliance in, but I called and learned that's not true and am subject to a $160 house call fee. No thanks.

Received a package for UPS by mistake and drove it to my house to deliver it. Thank you so much. If I ever need an appliance fixed this is where I'm going.

They don't call back. Tried twice. Move on to another company. There are more responsive services

Frank, the service technician, was very professional, courteous and friendly. He showed me the broken parts in our washing machine, and did a great job explaining things to me as he was fixing them. He came across as very trustworthy and competent. Michelle who set up our appointment was very friendly too. Great experience! Would definitely recommend them to my friends and familym

Derick was prompt and courteous, and worked quickly to repair my 15 year old LG washer. The price was fair for a home repair with replacement parts, and I would call on them again.

We have used Best Appliance to maintain an older professional range that we have, and just recently to do some extensive work on our refrigerator. They have been great and always do excellent work. They do know the products and have very experienced and knowledgeable repair technicians. Shout-out to Eric - who fixed our oven gas leak problem and our refrigerator. He really knows his stuff and got our problems identified and fixed. Cost of repairs seems reasonable. My only caveat is sometimes they don't call back when you leave msg asking for a service call - - but just call them again.

Call yesterday to get a service call for a Bosch slide-in oven/cooktop and I was able to get one for the very next day. They told me the name of the repairman and what window of time he would be out. (Thomas) Exactly on time. He had looked at his schedule and saw what the error # was and knew what part he would need. So he went by and picked it up before he came to the house. In and out in 45 minutes and had checked that all was working. Even reset my clock. Left everything clean and tidy. And working. This is my second time I have used Best Appliance and will continue to give them a call when needed. Highly recommend for our area in Sacramento. Thank you Best Appliance and Thomas.

I called Best Appliance seeking a quote on our LG washer that was making loud noises. After some research I assumed it was a broken drum bearing. We were quoted $130 for an evaluation of the washer that would apply to the cost to fix the washer if we chose to do so. We asked what a broken drum bearing would cost but they told us they couldn't quote over the phone and would have to look at it. We confirmed. The technician came out and looked at our washer for MAYBE 30 seconds to confirm it was a broken drum bearing. $1100 to fix. I'm disappointed that they felt comfortable charging the full $130. They were nice but I feel somewhat slighted.

I had an error code from my washing machine and Best Appliance came out and fixed the problem in one day. The technician was professional and got to work immediately to fix the problem. I had the work done through my home warranty. Great service!
