16Best Buy is just not how it used to be. Prices are high, store is unorganized, and even the temperature inside the store is uncomfortable. The employees are chatting with each other more than helping customers. I barely lasted 5 minutes in the store before I just walked out.
This is my second time of driving to this Best Buy to purchase home security equipment, this location has a way better selection & in stock items. Customer service has been excellent both times I have been here

I ordered a refrigerator waiting a week, was called the night before it was arriving the next morning. The delivery truck shows up with the wrong refrigerator that was crushed. Best buy still hasn't returned my call. So I go to the store to get a refund. I order another one that says "AVAILABLE", paid and scheduled. I wait a week, last night I get a call it's coming this morning. The delivery truck shows up to tell me the refrigerator is out of stock. Still can't reach best buy.
Purpose was to go in and look. Hubby decided to buy a few things. The employees were very helpful and you are greeted when you walk into the store.

Don't buy a phone and warranty from them. The sales person lied to me telling me that buying the warranty with them was going to save me money because if something happen to my phone there was no deductible. I believed the sales person and bought the 2 year warranty, $275 out of pocket right away. Today I went to get my phone repair and they told me that I needed to pay a $200 deductible to get my phone fix (cracked screen). I ended up speaking to the supervisor and said that it was my fault for not reading the contract so I still had to pay the deductible of $200 regardless of what the sales person had told me. The supervisor was super rude and disrespectful. I usually spend over 10k a year at Best Buy and been a loyal costumer for over 10 years but no more buying from this company.
To my surprise they finally have some educated sales associates in this store. In the past i went in and asked a out minor details and they had no idea what i was talking about. It was a good expert today and i highly recommend this store. Prices one can always find online cheaper but not with this service. Overall very good expet.
