Best Buy, Union City CA

I placed my order BBY01-806566002269 on Jan5th for a pick up on Jan 6th.
I get a verification call at 6 am on Jan 7th. I missed the call and they cancelled the order. I called/texted the store on Jan6th multiple times. All the response they had was the order is ready shortly. This is by far my worst experience with a retailer. Seems like you made the pandemic money and dont care about your customers anymore.

I will never do the online order with the park store pick up. You will be waiting there for a long time, when you could have just went in the store. I called the 800 and they customer service sucks.

On black Friday, these guys put out their best. Helpful associates and good customer service. Lots of products on display

Okay here. Didn’t have what I needed but it was nice here and friendly staff. Prices were ok as it is the holidays.

Due to COVID-19, parking here is even easier to find and Black Friday is not as chaotic as usual. Store service is great and I’ve always had no issues finding what I needed to find. Take advantage of the order online pick up when you can.

I live between two best buys, and this is the one I shop at. Staff are friendly and understanding. Matched price on an item eventhough competition was out of stock.

Where else can you go: -] I still think they do a good job of good inventory, on-line presence and now they are helpful too!

I was there dec 30 2021 in The Union City Best buy looking to purchase the up grade t to the viper alarm and there was no one anywhere to be see in the car audio dept people who saw you wouldnt approach you and when I did find one they would find someone else or go call someone 45min later nothing so went to a car audio store where I spent $60 more but I was served as soon as I walked in the door. Where as bestbuy they were up front messing around up at the front door. Go to your dept or to the breakroom

I hope stores like best buys never goes away, i prefer to see all the electronics that i'm interested in purchasing in person.
