If I could give negative stars for this I would. I find it hard to believe that you CANNOT DIRECTLY CALL THE Store LOCATION. Why have a number listed at all if it only goes to agents? This cannot be the way a company functions where they do not directly call each store location to even talk to managers.

The employees are rude and disrespectful. They aren’t helpful at all. I didn’t get my exact change and the cashier didn’t want to refund my purchase.

Surprised to see early Black Friday this weekend. Got a 256GB SD card for $27.99.l, and an Apple Pencil2 for under $100. Unfortunately only high end iPad Pro is on sale with some moderate savings.iPad mini, iPad, and iPad Air are out mostly out of stock and only regular price. I'll have to wait longer.

Easy place to apply for credit card and also easy place to find any electrical needs. I bought my kids tablet each and very good, before purchasing I got knowledge from a sales floor on how to use the tablet.thank you best buy.

This place is fairly busy, merchandise are not very organized, but if you can find an employee, they can find some of the stuff in the store room.

Today 8/29/21 at approximately 2: 30 pm I had a terrible experience trying to return a garage door opener at Best Buy’s in Montebello, the manager “Fred” said that I couldn’t return the garage door opener because it was two weeks had passed and as I had previously mentioned to Fred that my son bought it for me for my birthday and could not bring it to me due to him having Covid-19. He said that he would make an exception however I would have to exchange it for something else today, I was very upset that he only gave me till today to exchange it. Be careful with Best Buy policy they don’t seem to care they just want to make the sale.

The store in Montebello had the item I needed and it was a quick check out. Good selection and fully stocked. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This place needs to figure out how to adjust to help people. I came in and got on the waitlist, twenty minutes go by and I go check my place in line. They said I am 8th but when I came in I was 6th. Highly advise that if you are coming to do a pick up in car. Even if you are trying to buy items that are inventory they will make you wait

Went to this bestbuy location today to buy a TV, I gave the associate the product number and sku, the associate brought out my TV with a sound bar to my car, when I got home paid to have my TV mounted and fully set up, I examine my receipt and realize I was given and charged the wrong TV. After an hour of calling and being put on hold customer service picks and gives me the specs on both the tvs and also gives me an extension number to the store, after speaking to the store associate in the front of the store he communicated between, me and the manager Frank which I had to insist to speak to personally. Once Frank was on the phone he spoke to me in a very condensending tone and took no accountability for the mistake. I am very disappointed in how Frank handled this situation. I will no longer give this location my business, If this can happen to me it can happen to anyone. Now I must miss a day of work to resolve this issue

Went in today to try and open my credit and the employee who was helping me literally just said “90% of people don’t get approved” and didn't even offer to try to see what would happen if i tried to open my credit. I just walked out. No effort whatsoever.

Geek squad fixed my broken laptop it took about 3 weeks not to bad they originally said 6 weeks next is my camera hopefully
