Lack of customet service. I waited 30 minutes no help. 2 team members looked at me in the computer department and turned away. 2 ither team members were helping customers the 30 minutes.
Every simgle time I come I get scarily lost, I rarely find what I came for. I'll leave with this horrible feeling of regret. I never found what I came in for, I wanted an auxiliary cord, I left with a Samsung refrigerator. My wife was fuming when I got back, confused and disappointed was our 6 year old son Philip. He can't comprehend why daddy came home with a new fridge, a purple fridge. "IF I WANTED A NEW FRIDGE YOU SHOULDVE BOUGHT AN LG" again my wife was furious. 4 hours of my life that I'll never get back.
I went there for a TV that was sale and walked with a great recommendation from the manager. She has so helpful and took her time to show us our options and find so.ething we like.
Had my son pick up my delivery and they wouldn't give it to they lost it and they were so slow only one person working blue working need more people there disappointed
I found what I was looking for with the help of the guard/information desk upon entering. Once found, there was no salesperson on the floor to answer questions, anywhere to be found. I walked out 15 mins later, empty-handed.
AMAZING! The Manager Ian was so nice to help me out with my issue, I feel if everyone followed his example the Person to Person shopping experience will never be beaten by those lousy online stores.

This specific Best Buy is really nice in regards to the selection of items on display and the no hassle returns I contended with. The employees treated you with respect and let you wander endlessly through the store until you requested assistance. This is 1 of 2 Best Buys I use to purchase my electronics.

Went in today planning to return a TV that didnt work out for us. Daniela approached us and helped us with an exchange. Experience with her was easy, quick and she was super friendly. Awesome customer service.
