Best Buy, Pasadena CA

Terrible experience i just went there to return a dryer, they unloaded it and put it away on the store.
Then they told me that I returned the dryer to early and put it back on my car and asked me to bring it back tomorrow.

Upon walking in, was greeted with a warm and friendly employee, who helped guide me to the correct online pick up location. Picking up my order, I was also met with a very friendly employee. This is a very friendly place. Friendly out of friendly, super friendly.

I went there for information on SSD drives very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was shown several purchase options. Helpful, good customer service!

Went for black Friday was not to bad I just hate that I had to look for the specials and ad through my phone I'm used to being able to just grab a ad when I walk in. Lines were not to long

The best place, I was looking for a gamer computer, it was available on web site and showed available at this store, staff made everything to bring the computer and satisfy my needs

Even though, this is my absolutely best, Best Buy. I've yet to find one were the help splendid. However, I am very familiar with this store, and they majority of the sales people are pretty welcoming. The Geek Squad is where I frequent the most, and it's pretty awesome!

After being on hold for 5 minutes I decided to drive to Best Buy. I was in and out of the store with the item I was looking for (while still waiting on the phone for someone to answer). I really dislike being on hold.

I would rate this much higher, but one specific thing about the store annoys me. On all the laptops on display, the card below the laptop displays the specs, EXCEPT the gpu. This makes sense for most laptops which use integrated graphics, but the gaming ones specifically should list the gpu because it's so important when considering buying a laptop from best buy.

Got great service from three team members. One of them still helped my husband and I with a question about our go pro even when he was off the clock! Kristian helped my husband and I with questions and selecting our Webcam. He even went out of his way to find it. Another associate asked me if I had any questions or help, and also tried to help finding said Webcam. Got help with everything I needed. Great customer service!

This place is great. Busy but not too busy where you can't look at everything and get what you want. Basically what I'm saying is it's comfortable

Horrible customer service. Stood in the phone section for 15 minutes, no one approached me to see if I needed help. When someone finally did come over, he couldn't even help me with purchasing the phones. Just a bunch of lazy people pretending they're working.

It was good to see full shelves of products unlike some other bestbuy stores with very low inventory. And also magnolia set up was good unlike others which most components are not properly connected for demos. This place most hi fi components are ready for testing which make it easy to decide what to get

Best buy in East Pasadena carries a large array of computers, printers, TV's, home theater equipment, car stereos with onsite installation as well as a large assortment of DVDs and home appliances. Ample parking and a short walk from the metro gold line station.

The staff here was awesome. They are pretty busy, but they are also very friendly. There will be times where errors occur. So, you have to remember it's not their fault. And, they're trying their best to help you. Hope you enjoy your visit!

It's a Best Buy. They had what I needed in stock. The team is extremely helpful, and the store is keeping up their Covid protocols.

Really terrible customer service from the Geek Squad. Especially the supervisor. Refused to help with a phone replacement. Nobody know what's going on. Don't waste your money in this relic of turn of the century American exceptionalism. Capitalism is dead and best buy is the cross on its grave.
