They are busy. No problem with that. The place is completely packed for Xmas. Best to know what ypu want when you arrive. The employees were all nice.

I have been to this location many times, and despite Best Buy's reputation I have usually been happy with the employees.

It is impossible to talk to an associate in the store and the national call center does not have enough information to help.

Visited Wednesday before Black Friday. We used the scan the QR code to get into the help queue, but it didn't seem to do anything. Had to kind of hover around and it took a while to get an associate to notice us and ask if we needed help. Bought a laptop on sale and it was just a normal transaction. Tried to get a Lenovo stylus, but I guess they didn't carry those? It was a meh experience.

What I needed was there and in stock, and the extra hour they were open allowed me to make it in time. I even found a better product, discounted, because the box was opened. Very helpful personnel, front to back.

Unfortunately I hate giving out one stars but due to the constant reminders of lack of customer support or care, refusal to answer the phone forcing you to go in the store.

I am extremely disappointed with the store and the way that they treat their customers this is habitual it has been going on for years forcing me to feel that I have to give a honest review based on years of poor customer service.

My review is based upon my feeling of commission based over selling of products to customers so they can meet their internal store numbers and be the highest producer there is a true lack of customer care due to the fact they only want to make their numbers.

Last visit wasn't as rewarding as visits in the past. They don't have as many available employees to assist and I couldn't get the assistance I needed. The one I went to was in Irvine. They suggested I go to Mission Viejo.so I did. They were more able to answer my questions. PHYLLIS GREEN of Laguna Beach, CA

The team member that helped me was so patient and let me ask 100 questions before deciding on my new laptop. He was not push, but directive. He made my decision easy. I wish I could remember his name, but he was amazing!

When you tried to buy something, they’ll have someone to help you right away, but when you tried to return it, they always can’t find anyone for you. I’ve been waiting for half an hour and they actually helped two people who came after me. Especially in the mobile department, it’s so horrible

Went in the store, looking for a specific product. One of the blue shirts here was quick to assist. Unfortunately, what I had wasn't available in the store (highly recommend checking online first), so I continued to window shop. In almost every new section I went to, a blue shirt asked if I needed help with anything. Talking with a few of them made me realize that this location was one of the best "Best Buys" I've ever been to. All the employees here were very knowledgeable on what the current trend of products were, what's popular, what isn't, while not giving me that "sales pitch" vibe. I ended up not buying anything, but left with a much better outlook on what current tech is available now. 5 for Customer Service.

Geek squad fixed my computer in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the service. Prices were reasonable as well. Signed up for the yearly service, worth it especially if you have more than one computer or laptop.

Can’t say enough good things about the geek squad at this location. Noah, in particular, always takes his time to be thorough, courteous, professional and honor the client’s trust and time. He is set apart from the typical IT person one might think of. I observe how gracious he is with every type of client, including me, when on a couple occasions I was really frustrated. Diego, Cole, Noah and Kobe take their roles seriously and close each loop efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend their total tech services. But if nothing else you can rely on them and for me that’s an assurance that I wanted to share. Customer service is still alive with this team of gentlemen.

These guys always do a good job. Match competitors as best as possible, great selection, but what I love most is their no hassle warranty plans. When there is an issue, they don't question it, they just replace it.

- Decent product selection
- Competitive prices at retail level
- Helpful staff although depth of knowledge could be a little better
- Provides touch and feel of products. Although I do a lot of online buying, I do go out of my way to periodically purchased some items here to try to support them staying in business.
- Also offers large appliances

Customer service here exceeded my expectations. My wife bought a new iPhone here and they made the whole process seamless. The Geek squad team was also quite accommodating and helpful.

I bought a whirlpool refrigerator and had nothing but problems with this refrigerator. I even bought their geek squad warranty only to find out that it's not effective until after the first yesterday since whirlpool warranty covers the first year. 5 service repairs later, I told best buy I want my money back because this was a lemon. They basically gave me the run around going between geek squad, best buy and whirlpool. To this day 3 months later, the problem with the refrigerator is not not fixed and I'm still scheduling another house call. I will never buy a home appliance from them again.

program may be one of the
BEST BUYS (no pun intended)
on the planet. Before I bought their service program, a local, independent shop charged me $400 for a repair for my cell phone. Under BB's service program, they would have done the repair for zero cost, as long as I took the device to one of their many stores.
Way to go, Best Buy!

I've spent a lot of money in the place over the years, and as big box stores go, I'm a happy customer. They will price match just ablut anything so long as the comparison item is sold by a reputable company. Getting 0% interest with their card too has been fantastic when things end up costing more than I'm comfortable paying cash for all at once. Takes the sting out of larger purchases. Unless something goes really sideways, I expect to be a customer for more years to come.
