As a long time Best Buy rewards member, I usually buy my electronics from them. This store in Temecula is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I mostly order online for store pickup and this store does a great job of getting the orders fulfilled quickly and pickup is seamless.
Hi, i bought a smart Samsung TV at Best Buy in Temecula, 2 years ago. Couple of days ago error came that my TV cannot connect to network. Samsung customer Services tried to help over the phone but not possible to solve the issue over the phone. Services is required. When asked Best Buy to help with the issue i was told that I needed to buy protection plan from them when I purchased the tv, and that they are not willing to help. They recommend a new tv. TV thatbi have is Brand new but they do not care. I am a member since 2009. Bought so many appliances from them over the years. I contacted CEO who doesn't care. I would not recommend Best Buy to anyone, and I will close my credit card and account from this company. Poor customer Services from Sidra, exexutive Specialist was received. Way to go to the store that everyone was telling me to avoid anyway.
Too often, I walk in here and it's like I have the plague. I end up leaving and purchasing my stuff online. There was one guy that was trying to help, but then he wasn't listening to me and was a bit bias to his own preferences. Most always disappointed with the service, but I keep coming back because I live nearby.
Terrible customer service. A queueing system is what they call it. The associates won't even look at you or acknowledge your existence if you're walking around. I saw floor associates walking around not helping customers but the person taking names for the que says there's people in front of you. I get that there are different departments but if you just need something unlocked well just wait for the que. I won't shop at best buy anymore. Seems like in person shoppers is not what they want anymore

Best Buy is great because of the Geek Squad. They are short staffed so it is hard to find someone to answer questions. When you do they are very helpful.
All staff who came to my apartment today were super superb, professional, friendly and they all were polite and did their job very, very well. Thank you Best Buy staft
Just bought a TV sound bar trusting Best Buy was price competitive, big mistake, just seen identical sound bar elsewhere 100 $s cheaper than best buys 249$ price. I was shocked. Never again will I shop Best Buy.

Kelly and Jerry are great. Kelly helped me from start to finish making a $12,000 purchase for over a dozen items. Ring alarm stuff, a tv, eero, ps5, and more. She took her time, was very professional, educated me on some things, and was very easy to work with. Jerry topped off her great service with amazing service of his own. Great people!

Made an appointment reservation through Apple to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 12 from Geek Squad. I get over to Geek Squad and waited in the “appointment only” line for 30 mins just to be told that they don’t have the parts and can not service me. Waste of time. I should of went to Apple from the start.
Very easy to shop in selection is not quite as good as it used to be. Everyone is friendly and has fast service definitely recommend to go here

I bought security cameras here and an appt was scheduled for installation then on the day of install i waited from 7-1 they sent me 3 texts verifying the scheduled install. I called at 2 to see why they were a no show only to have them tell that I had called n canceled when I confronted her she then said my son called at 1pm to cancel once again I told that no one called to cancel. I asked for the name n time of the person who took the cancelation. Once again the story changed. I am not very happy with their service.
Got a CPU and associated fan installed here and they somehow managed to fail to put a fan in.one half was barely screwed in and they used about half again as much thermal paste as they should have so it was almost all blobbed onto only half of the processor. Computer would just randomly cut off power and restart without warning and it took nearly three weeks to find the problem.
Only reason this review isn't one star is because they warned me my hard drive was failing and gave me a refund for a separate reason before I even got my computer back. How can someone watching a 5 minute YouTube video do the job better then the clowns who do this stuff for a living?
So I was looking for a laptop. A simple laptop. One that didn't cost as much as a used car. I noticed they had discount laptops and Chromebooks. Great! I'll just as an employee, get one I need, and be on out of here. So I waited. And waited. And.waited some more. They were slow too. Not busy at all. Finally I got someone. Who tells to buy the expensive ones. I tell him my money situation he tells me I'm just throwing it away on these lower priced laptops. I realize they are not top of the line, but if you don't want me to buy them why are they here? I got one. But I don't think I'll be coming back.
