17Even tho this place is very messy right now and very unorganized right i give it a 5 star cause I was able to tell that they are really understaffed and the employees are working their hardest to get everyone attended as soon as possible. I saw a few employees actually swearing running back and fourth to get the online orders done. Great job to those employees that are going above and beyond to get ppl what they ordered online and on time for the holidays kudos
Best buy is awesome as usual. I normally try to purchase all my consumer electronics online but when I'm in a jam I always come to Best Buy because they carry almost everything and have competitive pricing.
I was doing a shipt delivery order. Only thing I don't like is picking up the packages on the side of the building. At night that's dangerous. But they are fast though
Product levels are low for this time of year. Line is a bit slow as they are using it for return, pickup, and purchasing.
First of all 70 bucks to replace an iPhone 6 s case is ridiculous. But fine. But because there is the tiniest little crack/scratch on the top of the screen they have "no choice" but to also replace the screen. FOR 200 DOLLARS? ! NEARLY 300 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE PROVEN AND ADMITTED BATTERY THAT APPLE DESIGNED FOR ARTIFICIAL OBSOLESCENCE FOR A PHONE THAT IS

I have always done my electronic shopping at best buy they have deals comparable to every where else great selection and the best buy credit card offers no interest payments over a period of time which is great because I can make payments with no interest rather than paying up front.
Sales person and display showed one price, checkout price at the register was higher. Cashier refused to wait for price check or to look at picture we took of the display. It was close to closing time and she wanted to go home. We did not buy item.
Went to pick up a $1500 order I ordered from ANOTHER Best Buy, management and staff are useless ended up spending 2 hours in the store waiting just to have to cancel and re buy the order. Go to chino Best Buy instead.
Only went there to pick up a store order, didn't shop but the line went quickly and the associate was friendly, making pickup quick and easy even on a busy afternoon
Went in there to purchase an iPhone 13 due to the fact that my mothers phone was broken and Verizon was out of stock. From the moment I walked in and approached the girl (no name badge worn) at the cell phone kiosk I knew it would be a horrible experience. She seemed to be in a bad mood and was extremely unhelpful. I asked where the restrooms were located as I had been on the road for an hour trying to get there. She pointed me in the direction for the restrooms and then made a gesture as if she were annoyed at the fact that my mother and I had to use the restroom. When we came back from the restroom, we were now being helped by another girl by the name of Crysthel. She was the one that continued our transaction. While waiting for her to do our transaction I witnessed the other girl with no name tag proceed to provide less than exceptional customer service for an individual on a wheelchair. She was argumentative about the location of a phone charger. I’ve never had any interaction with this Best Buy in the past but I can assure you that I won’t ever be back. Take your business elsewhere.
I hate going into this store, theirs atleast 40 workers visible and none ask you for assistance, and alot of the times ill get something broken there, possibly the worst best buy in town, lots of homeless stealing and overall horrible service.
The lady who helps us was kind of rude i didn't understand something and told my husband if we were gonna buy the tv or no anyways we still bought it the price on the lg 82"inch was excellent.
Terrible service.i have enraged.i went to their bathroom after having taco bell next door, and there were cockroaches swimming in their toilet water!
I had phone issues. Set up appointment with geek squad on line. Was early and asked at the door where to go. It was on the right side. Waited while they were helping the people. I got to the desk was out of there in two minutes. He directed me to an area that would help me more! Excellent service!

I've gone here twice for none trivial orders/tasks (dish washer and ordering something not in stock with a speciality coupon) and it's always been a great and easy time.

The guys in computer dept were very helpful and they knew exactly how to direct me and help me decide what to get. Now Adam P.in appliances was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful, i definitely recommend you go see Adam P.if you need any appliances.
