15Decent store. Never has enough stuff in stock. Meanwhile all the other best buys in so cal seem to have the stuff you need. Should be one day shipping from store to store for items like all these auto parts stores seem to do.
We bought an Oculus VR Set for our daughter's birthday and we had to run back to Best Buy today after she opened it because it wasn't working.
The customer service was extraordinary. They let us exchange it right away, took less than 2 minutes.

Went to buy 2 tvs, Kevin was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and didn't want. Also didn't want to spend a lot of time there. Bought the tvs and a cabinet in about 30 minutes and didn't feel rushed. I am part of the total tech services and it's great, this is my 3rd year.

Great customer service. No, seriously! Not sure if it is just this store, or a new attitude for the company. I was asked at the door if I needed a sales person to assist me. I said not yet. When I got to the tv's I looked around and then wondered by a couple of sales people at the tv check out desk. They actually stopped talking and asked if they could answer any questions. I had quite a few at that point. They answered them all and asked their own when I wanted to narrow my choices. No hard sell. No push to buy the highest price items. Really a great experience.
I dread going here. The "experts" seldom know what they're doing. It's usually my last choice. I boycotted them for a coulle years, but they pretty much have a monopoly at this point.
Over the time bestbuy retail has not been changed much and as usual they have the stock for day to day electronics you are looking for and have it seen before you actually buy. Unfortunately, I didnt get what particularly I was looking for but the sales person helped me on his best.
Good but they are lacking in staff. Seems to be emptier then before covd. Hopefully the managers begin staffing once again.
