I’m trying to buy headphones and the cashier keeps talking about discounts and savings if I join something even though I’ve already told him I’m good. The cashiers here are so annoying and a waste of time. Don’t come here unless you want to waste time
Great location because it’s the only one in town but I can get very busy and because it’s the only place in town do you may not get the best service. It’s in a busy area and hard to bike to but if you have a car it’s all good
Went to pick up order for a cell phone. Was not clear I had to go to mobile are and not the normal pickup area. All employees were super nice and helpful.
They have this service "Geek" something to fix phones. Only they do not work with Samsung!
Pretty great experience here. Had to buy a last minute printer for the office. Using their website, i was able to purchase one quickly and pick it up within the hour. Thanks, Best Buy.
Good brick & mortar store to get your electronics. Good service and better return policies than online retailers. In store shopping is nice. Curbside pickup was easy
Been a fan of Best Buy since I was a kid. Still come here to buy electronic stuff whenever I need it.
Did someone forget to make it aesthetically pleasing? Feels like a warehouse full of post it notes, you just want it to stop.
Lots of parking spots
You know it's hard to find a parking spot in sanfrancisco I stop by to today to get a screen protector for my galaxy phone and the girls at the mobile and guy that was working did a good job Answering my questions and help me get a new screen protector on my phone I would recommend any one to stop by you won't be disappointed.
Products on display were excellent but shortage of sales staff meant long wait times to get attention to queries. Anyhow went home and ordered the Chromebook online which was promptly delivered within 48 hours. The discounts on offer over the Black Friday sale are very attractive if you're in the market for electronic equipment.
Very chip price for everything. Even cheaper than Amazon!
Thanks to the manager (or the director?) AISHA for helping me to exchange the Kenon camera I bought by mistake (on Black Friday), helped me to quickly get it in another store, and even made me a discount to keep the price that was on Black Friday! She is a real professional, she has a good memory and she showed sympathy and respect for me even though I raised a little scandal)
I fixed my laptop the other day, they said it would take 5 to 7 days, but within 1 day they fixed it! The staff is nice and professional
DO NOT GO HERE! Their staff has no idea what they are doing. I purchased a TV online that said it was available for pickup that day. Hours passed by and I tried to call, which took 20 minutes going through the national line, only to have someone tell me the TV "might be getting delivered from another store or warehouse" and "might be delivered tomorrow". How can you have a computerized inventory and not know where your product is? The next day, no updates. Finally called again after 2 days and waited again, asking if there were models of the TV in the store, to which they said yes. We went to the store and it turns out our TV had been sitting ready for pickup, but someone had forgotten to put a tag with my name on it, so it didn't register. We finally picked it up, took it home with the other items including a mount, and after getting home, realized they not only given us the wrong product, but also AN ITEM FROM ANOTHER PERSONS ORDER. We went to exchange the item, but they would not exchange it saying they needed to "investigate" the issue and would sell us the correct item, but not at the price we paid because the sale had ended. It is infuriating that such a large company can be so incompetent and there is no recourse, other than never shopping here again and trying to warn as many others as possible.
I had gotten a huge TV, dishwasher and now small refrigerator from Best buy this year. The Customer Service has been the best! Prices as good as it gets. Ask about out of box sales. Tech service for $199 a year a must because it covers all installation and haul away and lots more.
Not bad had to wait a while to get assistance even though I was next instead the sale's person assisted someone else before me.
Dang, waited half an hour to talk to someone. Then they didn’t even say anything until I said “hello? ” A few times. After saying they have what I’m looking for in an irritated manner, they hung up without saying a word. Didn’t even get to chat for ONE minute lol.
Arrived to pickup an item I ordered online and said it was in stock. However when I arrived there they mentioned they couldn’t find the item
