16 Outside pickup is fast and convenient.
Staff at outside pickup could be a little more professional when greeting and dealing with customers.
I went there to buy a speaker and I had to be chasing around employees and still got no help. Decided to just leave and go to Chula Vista Best Buy.
Great customer service. They did a price match on the router I bought. I was asked multiple times if I needed help. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.
This is the second time I get wrong advice on products. First I asked for tablets compatible with OpenTable and one of their staff members recommended Samsung tablets. It turns out they are not compatible at all they are just view only. So the app doesn’t work fully on them. Second another staff member sold me walkie-talkie headsets that were not compatible with the radios we were buying.
I have always liked Best Buy in general, they are friendly, professional, helpful and just overall pretty decent
Today I picked up an order from Julian, very nice guy! Good job man! Thank you!
The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. There is very little wait time to receive customer service. The store is well maintained in and out and is not so large that you feel lost in it. A great shopping experience.
Give the bearded manager here a promotion. Organization of Nvidia GPU in-store drop here is top notch to clamp down on abuse and potential issues. Wish other Best Buy locations would learn from manager here so I wouldn't have to drive far.
They sell mostly overpriced goods. The Geek squad protrctioplan is almost worthless as they know a trick or two butc were unable to answer my simple questions. Save your money and go somewhere else
I love Best buy no matter which one it is and I love electronics period. Too bad they don't sell anything to work on electronics like components given the fact that Frys went out of business. Best buy could really capitalize on that.
It usually has what you need, never where you expect it to be and if you want help take a number. If you don't need it today there's probably better ways to get what you're looking for.
The front entrance staffs were very friendly. The stars are for them.
The geek squad team, not sure if they try to stay the nerdy type of cool or what, absolutely not even decent customer service.
On a weekday afternoon, me and other people with appointments stood in line for 10+ mins, several staffs walked past by, no one even acknowledged us or offered to help or check in the back. Finally someone showed up, then told us they can only take 1 customer at a time as they only have 1 laptop. Not to mention I was told come back in 2hrs which I did, the repair was not completed yet, because they had another phone for the same repair as well (how is this related? !). Def not going back there.
At first I tried to get an employee to help me but he said he was busy and that he was helping someone else and just kept on walking by me instead of at least taking to an employee who could help me. Very agitated at first but then after I said something about the incident. Best Buy came through with great customer service. Also I spent $1000 dollars that day.
There was a nice employee that helped me but the store didn't stock or couldn't even order my screen cover for my phone. She apologized for them not having the item.
I got an Instant Pot as a gift and finally started used it after over a month. We used it twice and it stopped working in the middle of the cooking. Came here to return it and they did not want to accept the product. They even said that it wasn't in their system anymore. She called the manager for us and he didn't even want to hear it, he just said that the product wasn't online anymore.
Went to another Best Buy (much nicer staff, by the way) for another product and they said that they did have the product in their system. Interesting, huh?
We also asked the lady that was awaiting us in the first store to print the receipt for us so that we can go through the manufacturer. She took a while and finally printed it, but it was ilegible. She claimed that it was the printer but that you could still read the order number. Really, lady? !
Definitely a bad customer service. BRANDON was really helpful, though, and friendlier.
Even though I wasnt really able to find what I was looking for the employees were very helpful and actually seemed interested and hopeful in me finding what I was looking for.
I am a Best Buy Elite Plus member and I received TERRIBLE service from GeekSquad. I brought in my PC to check for issues. The Geek Squad member present struggled from the start. I asked her if she wanted my power cord to plug in the tower, she said it was not necessary. After 5 minutes she came back to me stating she actually did in fact needed the power cord to turn it on. She struggled to get access to the computer because she couldn't properly type in my password. After spending over a half hour waiting for a basic diagnostic analysis. The Geek Squad member refused to do any service/diagnostic to my computer without me either paying $100 for a diagnostic (no repair just a basic scan) or paying $200 for their rip off Total Tech Support. I am appalled by the poor service provided by this location and would not recommend anyone use this location.
