Here is a tip. When dealing with Dirty Companies.tell them you will dispute the charges with your credit card company. CC companies know who the bad actors are, they will get your money back ASAP without playing any games.
Beware you are dealing with Weasels. My first bad encounter with Best Buy was when I bought a TV, and when I went to pay for it. I noticed the salesman was hesitant in ringing me up (in the TV dept). When I went to return the TV, Best Buy said they had to send me a check (although I paid cash) which I thought was funny. The store manager said see look at the policy posted above the check-out stands. I didn't realize it at first, but that is why the salesman was hesitant in checking me out in the TV section.guess what, the return policy was not posted in the TV dept. (they may have changed it and posted it now) second bad encounter I called and spoke to a salesman about an item, and he said yes we have it in stock come on down. No.they did not have it in stock, when I asked to speak to the salesman that said it was in stock. I was told he went home. I felt I was being lied to. Third incident happened 7 days ago. I called and after waiting 10 minutes to speak to the receptionist (which is pathetic I have never waited that long to speak to any stores receptionist) I told Bianna I had an alarm installed by them and I was calling about the warranty (bad mistake). Bianna said let me transfer you to alarm dept.after waiting a few minutes Bianna picked up the phone and said her system was being weird.and they would call me back. I never received a call.which is a good thing because the people at Best Buy are weasels (IMHO) from the top (CEO) down. I am going to a local businesses that has integrity, and are not a pack of Weasels. Good luck, and if you have any problems.just watch how fast Best Buy turns into Scum (IMHO).

Getting someone on the phone is ridiculous. I get hung up on everytime I go through the prompts to the dept I need. Just to get anyone on the phone is impossible.

Just your regular old Best Buy. The TV and computer people are pretty knowledgeable. When it’s time for the next purchase, I’ll be headed there.

Always great and friendly service! If they don't have what I need they have no problem telling me where I can get it. Shout out to Will who is always a big help and I can't remember the guys name who helped me pick out a gaming computer but when I do I'll update this.

If u order online make sure you receive a email for each item that states it's ready. Also if you cancel they will not refund for 3 to 5 days If I pay for it all at once I should be able to pick it up never again customer service rude as well

Store wasn't crowded, was in there for 45 minutes and it wasn't until I was going to leave that someone asked if I needed help. At that point I already found they didn't have what I was looking for.

Worst store to buy from, make a online purchase and items not ready in a hour, get told from store worker that items wont be ready till next day, call bestbuy number and get told items are ready but no update email's etc.store just takes your money, but fails to follow through the rest of the order!

I wish I could give a 0 star ratting.
Because I pre-ordered Demon Slayer for the Xbox Series X and it was supposed to come with a Funko Pop preorder bonus and it would have been nice to have the video game along with the Funko but I didn't come with the preorder bonus like it said it would and Best Buy sucks now and it wouldn't be the first time they messed up a order I ordered online for in store pickup. I really wish I could give zero stars because f thier very bad coustomer service and lack of getting orders ready on time and getting everything toughter when people order or order online for in store pickup.

The majority of associates don’t acknowledge your presence. This place isn’t cheap so I feel like they could be a lot more friendlier and offer assistance. I stood in the Apple section waiting to buy something for 20 minutes on a Tuesday morning and out of the 3 associates that walked by none of them would even wave hello. That’s all to say it’s a management issue, not really the entry level retail peoples fault I guess.

Had to get a refrigerator. The last time I bought one was 18 years ago. Who knew there was so much that a refrigerator does these days. We had a really nice lady to help us!

It was phenomenal I purchased myself a Samsung s21 ultra. The lady there was very helpful.
Before my visit I went to Verizon to get me a new iPhone 13 pro Max, They told me they were out and won't have a restock until the 17th of December
So I made a trip to Best buy, They were out as well but I just went ahead and purchased me a Samsung. The lady who helped me was awesome she gave me all the answers I needed. I thought I was going to stay there for 2 hours for an activation but it was very quick. Activation was free too. She also introduced me to their insurance which was placed with geek squad. I'd visit this place again.

Hope you did your research and have the item picked out because this Best Buy appears to be hurting for staff like other establishments so good luck and be patient if you need help. The guy that helped me with a laptop that was behind lock and key was being pulled in multiple directions but spent all the time needed to answer my questions. He even provided suggestions for a different laptop with better specs and currently on sale. Never felt rushed to get to the many other customers awaiting assistance.

The first thing I asked was do they have open boxes for sale for TVs he said no.
He asked me if I had a Best Buy credit card and I said yes but I don't charge on it. He didn't let me know that you get a discount if you use it I found that out later and was told it was too late for me to change and use the card.
Later as I was leaving I saw that there was open box TVs for sale.

They only have a few Employees, they Don't have any stock, bought the Apple AIR, 9 days, still do not have sim card, it has to be mailed.there online service is worse, and can never talk to anyone, they have went downhill!
