17My boyfriend and I went to this Best Buy looking for a new TV. Honestly, both of us knew nothing about electronics. The sales rep spent over 45 minutes walking us through all their selections. I’m so happy with the TV we ended up buying thanks to their excellent recommendation.
Really disappointed with the lack of knowledge the delivery dudes need to install a dryer. I had to cancel my order because of these uneducated people. Beware.
Ok, just low stock on lots of items. Store half filled and everything is locked up, like they don't trust us.
My daughter went into the Northridge location to buy a new iMac and monitor. We first spoke to the Apple rep and then a Best Buy replacement. She bought both items with ease and we both could not be happier with the purchase.
The customer service was HORRIBLE. I've been a customer for so long, and we just spent a good amount on a new laptop and my daughter and I were treated poorly. We couldn't get basic help on the phone (they would listen to the query then put us on hold for an hour or more.) so we had to go back to the store to get some definitive answers. The workers all scrambled around and didn't seem to care much; shame on Best Buy.
Went to get help from Geek Squad, they are great. Helpful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I'll always go here for repairs.
This place was very helpful they went out of their way at the phone service department and and really tried to take care of my problem with my phone. This place really checks. This one is really one of the best.
Staff helped when i asked to get something i couldnt find out on floor. Happened to be in back but they took care of me
The people who love here were very nice and super helpful. Beware though cause due to the pandemic there isn't a lot of workers there so the ones that were there working were all over worked. Five stars if they allow more workers.

The last Bluetooth I purchased ain't working. All other experiences with Bestbuy was top notch.
Pretty pleasant experience last time I was here. I ordered something through the app for pickup and even though I hadn't gotten the notification that my wireless charging pad wasn't ready for pickup (oops lol) I decided to drop by and just see them have to go get it ready. To my surprise I walked in, was greeted, directed to the order pickup booth, guy helped me out and had my item in less than a couple of minutes. I like this Best Buy, the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the automotive electronics section was damn near empty at the shelves when I came by. Couldn't get the speakers that said they were here.
Pamela in appliances was SUPER nice, and informative. You rock Pamela! Customer service is a dying thing, but not with this awesome employee!

Do you like to deal with sales people who know nothing about the products they sell? Do you like to speak with sales people who are eating and drinking on the sales floor? Worst customer service. Called and asked for a specific printer they said it was in stock. Went to the store and said they never had it. When you call the store you're calling a call center. They do not know What's in stock.
It's was a great experience I don't give them the 5 stars only couse I dropped off my lap top today picking it up in a week so I they can fix it then I'll change it to 5 stars but the customer service was great
I feel like the customer service here at this location in particular is top notch. This past experience really solidified it for me when I had to make a return with a bit of a complex situation. I was helped by a cashier (with a really nice deep voice, sorry I don't remember the name!) & the manager, Brenton. They made the exchange hassle free when I expected it would be more difficult. I'm very satisfied with the product now after some information from another salesperson. I feel the employees here are very informative & helpful. The store seems to be well stocked (although always a good idea to call beforehand!) & tidy.
The parking lot out front has plenty of spaces but is very busy so drive safely!
