Friendly, professional checkout staff! Geek Squad was very helpful too, answering my questions and pointing me to the correct area in the store for another purchase. They still have a selection of Sony UHD blu-ray players, but didn't have my HP printer ink cartridge, unfortunately.
The only best buy that I received good service from. I've been to several, and I've always received poor service. This one surprised me.the seller was super helpful, and the manager was able to help me with my order that was not ready to be picked up.
Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful during my trip recently, I was there early in the morning, so maybe they were disgruntled but it wasn’t a great experience
The first representative I spoke with suggested I purchase what I needed on Amazon. However the second representative I spoke with was very helpful and took all the time we needed for our purchase of over $2000.
Not happy feel like once I bought from them they gave me the run around after I start having trouble with a $400 speaker I purchased from them.

I needed a new laptop to meet a deadline. I walked in with my broken device and asked for the same device to avoid any hiccups. Unable to find exactly the same, I was ready to go to Costco. Sabas was helping me. He took the initiative and time to ask questions and found me a great deal on a comparable device.

Yes because of the amount of people here I would definitely recommend!
Was able to get a functional travel laptop for under $200. However, it took 15 minutes to get someone to just grab the box for the laptop. Extremely limited staffing while I was there and the store was being remodeled. There are good prices here, simply have to be patient to get what you need. UPDATE: went today to ask a question about a phone. Was told I had three people before me to answer a yes or no question. Waited ten minutes to get an answer and nope, just gave up and left. I can no longer recommend this location. UPDATE 2: ordered a cellphone case from this location for my new phone. They confirmed it would fit, had to have it shipped. It does not fit and I have been on hold for over 20 minutes now awaiting someone to answer my call. Shame on this store. It is not a good location period.
I had a bad experience with their appliance department. I bought a Dysob vacuum in March this year, and the seal gasket and the retainer ring became loose while I was vacuuming. So I took it to Best Buy, where I purchased it from. They refused to serve me since I did not purchase extended coverage from them. This is not right. They sold the product as a retailer (and gladly took profit, but when it comes to taking care of their customers, with a manufacturing defect, they wouldn't touch it unless you purchase extended coverage. What kind of bs is this? Had it been Costco, they wouldn't have said anything to take back a defective product and send it to the manufacturer on behalf of their customers. Whether the customer has an extended warranty or not. That's a true service. I do not recommend purchasing at least Dyson from Best Buy. The employees, including a manager, just repeatedly say it's their policy. You know how aggravating that comment is? Customers are their to seek help. And all you guys repeating the same phrase like a broke record.
Walked in and was greeted at the door. Then I went to the section of interest and waited and waited with no help in sight. Got tired of waiting and went and bought directly from Samsung.
Won’t match Amazon so I see no reason to shop there anymore. I see going out of business in their future. Sad
