Best Buy, Dublin CA

Went in to best buy looking for a uhd TV, and purchased everything I wanted and needed. I bought a 75 inch uhd TV, soundbar, cable etc my family and I are extremely happy with it! The service was great and prices were as well. I definitely recommend this store.

I love shopping at this bestbuy store. I recently got a gaming computer for my son and the associate was friendly and highly knowledgeable about the product.

One of the worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone shop in Best Buy. Purchased an item and salesperson told me item will mail to me in a few weeks. After waiting for few weeks of nothing. Went back to store and they told me receipt show item was pickup when purchased. They would not refund $$$$. $$$$ does not grow on the trees! This is the same as robbery. Now I have no item and out of $$$. Never going back to any Best Buy again ever. Hope you are not the next person they rob. Good luck.

It felt confusing and unorganized with many many displays either partially or fully broken or non-functional. The staff were good and knowledgeable, but the disrepair showed a lack of care in management. The prices seemed fine and almost all were MSRP or similar, with nothing being brazenly marked up like you might see at other stores. They had plenty of stock and (ignoring functionality) the displays and tables were well-kept and clean.

I recently purchased a refrigerator and was impressed by the knowledgeable and helpful staff throughout the entire store.

Best Buy had exactly what I was searching for but didn’t have screen protectors or the protective case for tablet I was purchasing then the extended warranty not worth getting one third the price of the Tablet and may not have the exact product in stock if it did break

I really want to give 5 stars because our salesman for the main purchase of a Hugh end sub was very helpful and knowledgeable.but they do have a few who have no business working in the high end department, they also seemed to be lacking qualified staff in the PC department, I had to find and locate the item I wanted online in the store.

I went to this Best Buy today and a man judged me based upon how I dressed and asked me if I have a house and if I had a TV (which I obviously could). I went there to spend money on a good tv projector This man’s name was Josh and he does not know how to treat a customer.

Getting help is a hidden miss you should know what you're going in to look at. They do carry a decent variety.

Quincy in the Magnolia section absolutely made our trip worth it. Ended up buying a little more than expected but left with knowing we were taken care of.

Hadn't bought a computer in a while and this college student helped me and it was great everything works well. It pays to have someone younger help you they know all that you don't know

For any electronic goods, my go to shop is Bestbuy. With lot of offers and discounts, great place to go

After doing research online to decide on what computer to buy, I went to Best Buy so I could see them in person. Luckily, there was a very knowledgeable young man there yo help me. He geared me to the best computer for my needs and helped me to understand the technology in layman's terms.

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy. My sons purchased me a TV and when we took it out the box it was damaged. Best Buy writers their policy on a way to prevent the need to take accountability for selling people damaged goods. They will not refined my son or exchange the TV. I will NEVER shop here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does

They've really stepped up customer service here. Every employee was extremely courteous and helpful. Been shopping here for years and this is an upgrade! Plus awesome stuff to buy too!
