Best Buy’s Geek Squad must be avoided as an authorized Apple service provider. I can’t speak as to the quality of their work since I never could get any work out them. Avoid the hassle and drive the extra 45 minutes to an actual Apple Store or better yet avoid Apple & Best Buy completely and buy a Samsung somewhere else

Mike’s vast knowledge on all things electronic is mind blowing! We definitely felt more secure in purchasing all our home appliances for our new place, all thanks to him. We will be on the look out for Mike whenever we slide through Best Buy because we are sure we will have the best experience with his guidance and leave the store overly satisfied.

This store has decent inventory depending on what you're looking for. The customer service varies by week. Cashiers are painfully inefficient, take my money and let me get out of your store! Cashiers should not be tied up answering technical questions or taking 15-20 minutes for a return. Get a manager or open another register.

Had to get glass replaced on an iPad. Process went very smoothly and the technician was super help and explained everything very well. Dropped off on a Monday and got it back Wednesday. Technician helped reload everything back on iPad and was good to go. Awesome.

Me and my wife were looking for a good Bluetooth speaker and couldn't make a decision on which one to get. An employee named MIKE helped us out and was an absolute expert and ultimately helped us make a decision to purchase a JBL. The floor model didn't work, but Mike had one in the back they used for cleaning and brought it out to the floor, hooked it up, and demo'd it for us. He also explained the technical reasoning of why he liked the JBL series. Mike went above and beyond in helping us and I would hope his manager is noticing his extra efforts and hopefully gets a promotion or raise. Great job Mike!

This newly remodeled Best Buy is very clean and has all the essential electronics one person would love to own. Very open and clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located in the Crossroads shopping center directly off the southbound side of the 101 freeway. Many shops for entire family in this shopping center, like Sketchers, Petsmart, TJ Maxx and Walmart.

This is the place for the best in both technology and customer service. The staff has the knowledge on devices, accessories, and carrier services for your smartphone as well as excellent service work by Geek Squad.

Somewhat less noisome than other big box stores. Don't bother with the over hyped credit card offers.

Went to Best Buy to purchase a LG 27.8 cubic ft Fridge. Brandon helped me and answered many if my questions. He even went out of his way to make sure the in-store filters they sold, fit my fridge. (This was because I had seen a review on LG website that said the in-store filters did not fit. It fit perfectly. Brandon has to go back to his normal dept, but he turned me over to Mike who is the head of appliance depth. Mike helped me thru the paperwork and answered the rest of my questions. He made sure I understood the Total Tech priority Support. Both Brandon and Mike are assets and of great value to your company.

As an electronics store, this place is good in terms of selection. On the other hand, customer service is absolutely terrible. This is my new standard for bad service. I waited for help as 3 employees talked in a group, not 30 feet from where I stood, not a single one bothered to help. I approached an employee who was ringing somebody up, and I waited for them to be done. When he finished, the employee walked right past me, didn't say a word, and almost ran to join the other group. I eventually got the attention of a person working in the geek squad. After they started helping me out, the group dispersed, and one of them finally asked if I needed help. What was the point?
This was very bad customer service, It borders disrespect.

You can basically get everything thats in these stores for way cheaper if you shop online. These prices are incredibly high and I dont see why it is logically to go here.

Great customer service! Brandon was really helpful when we got a broken TV from a different best buy and had to find a replacement. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy.

Really great experience! Pat (one of the managers on duty in the SLO store) really took his time to help me with the best laptop choice for my father. It was perfect for what he needed, and no extra stuff he didn’t need. I drove to Santa Maria to pick it up so I could start configuring it for my dad.
