The worker who assisted me, Isaack, was incredibly helpful! He gave knowledgeable insite about the products I was looking into and helped me pick which was right for me. 5 starts for Isaack's help and customer service

Very bad attention, the guys who work are not interested in helping me, I had to leave the store

I found what I was looking for (a zipper bag for my Samsung tablet, that has handles, and a shoulder strap) after going to 2-3 other stores. I always get great service.

Would g normally give a big box chain store five stars but I've gotta say I've had all good experiences w Best Buy. I got a printer delivered from here via Instacart once. Bought an $8k appliance from them and installation was awesome. This week I took a kid to find a new gaming keyboard and they were the only place to have lots of keyboards out that we could try. Cool staff is not in your face, just normal ppl.

Was sent to three places for a aux cord and asked team members for help finding it, eventually decided on another product and opened the box to check what cables were included and got harassed like I was trying to steal it

Called Woodland store twice, both times was told by recording wait time less than 10min. Left hanging on hold both times 20min each time, really had to speak with tech support make appointment for laptop asap. Now store is closed at 8pm

Great selection of electronics and someone to help. They have an home installation service that was just fine. Our wifi/router works just fine. Thanks.

The staff in Best Buy are very supportive and helpful to find the product you need. They matches the price. Any questions you may have they are there for you.

From Sacramento, drove to Woodland to pick up my Laptop cuz there were only 2 left. But the workers were so cold and not approachable. Even this other customer needed some help and had to ask. Workers should be ready and approachable to help.

Horrible customer service. Called the store ahead if time to ensure that the product would be there for me to purchase.
I got there and there was no product.
Then I asked for a manger and got a lady named Taylor who wouldn't give me her last name. She tried to tell me they don't carry thousand dollar items in the store.the item I came in to purchase was $750, so I corrected her. She told me to just order it online.the worst customer service ever. I will never shop here again. It was the principal of doing the work to call ahead of time, then getting there and being treated rude, and then told to order online.

This location seemed very under-stocked with quite a few items missing off the shelves. Likely Best Buy is still struggling with the effects from our economy from the last few years. Needless to say I highly recommend you call first before wasting your entire lunch to go down, just to leave empty-handed.

Worst customer service. Woman Abby has an attitude. I don't know why when you come into this store the employees act deaf and blind.

Excellent atention. The products, what I could see, were the same as almost all the stores in the chain.

I love Best Buy but that's fine Best Buy look like all the shells were under stock and not enough merchandise but definitely guarantee we wouldn't be able to find a good headset for gaming there

Best buy is good, some professional people. Some learning the trade. Like we all do. I seem to go there when I need electronic equipment. Not many others carry it all in one place. So I still like Best Buy.
