BEST BUY N. FREEWAY NATOMAS IN SACRAMENTO: No staff to ask but when someone saw me, she immediately went to work and helped me from start to finish. I needed a car alarm that day, she took me to Jay (Expert on these alarm systems). Jay really nice fellow. He accommodated me in his totally booked schedule. THANK YOU JAY!

Has a lot of Apple, Samsung, PlayStation, Xbox, HP, Chromebook and Nintendo Tech Somehow even has plushies that are super adorable!

The store has changed. I haven't been in for about 4 years. I did get help pretty quick. They gave good digressions for sound bar.

Customer service is always good when you can get their attention. The lines can be a bit long and the scanning system to pay while you shop is confusing. Individually each staff is very helpful, they just seem to prioritize conversations among themselves over the customers and honestly it’s usually just easier to shop for most things online and easily compare prices.

I'm not sure how best buy is still in business. My husband and I walked around for ten minutes needing assistance on a $500+ purchase. After being ignored and treated like we were annoying every employee there, we left and bought what we needed at Costco down the street instead.

I love best buy and shop there regularly. I am not impressed by this store, however.
Ordered something for curbside, and was informed when I got there that I would have to go in to get it. I go in and there are 4 people working just in the pickup area that dont seem very busy. Go take care of your curbisde orders.

The customer service at this location is consistently abysmal. Up until recently, our company did a lot of business here. That has slowly been dwindling but today was the last time. We're done. The store is a ghost town. You have to ask for help every time for TVs. They act annoyed that you want to buy something. They can't answer questions about basic things. I recently had to carry two large TV's out to my vehicle and load by myself while the door greeter just stood there watching. Didn't say a single word to me. Today, he helped with one TV but didn't say a single word to me. Not hello, or thanks, or anything. I said thanks to him, mostly out of curiosity to see what he would do. He said nothing in return.

So good luck Best Buy, say hello to Fry's Electronics when you get wherever it is that you're headed.

I love this particular store, & Best Buy is great- this location does not disappoint. It is a great local source for important tech products, has good parking and customer service is above standard. "Geek squad" had no line (they are not geeks, I don't like that name). Thanks, Best Buy! I got a good deal on a micro SD card I needed, helpful advice from employees who know more than me about tech, yes.quite pleased. Much better than citrus heights

I needed a barcode scanner, asked the staff if they Carried this particular item, staff was very kind but they referred me to a manager to make sure they didn't have it, manager's attitude was absolutely horrible he was extremely condescending and acted like I should have already known that they didn't carry the item.will definitely be visiting other locations

I had a horrible experience with getting my Fridgedaire washer/dryer delivered/installed. The delivery crew showed up on April 8th and refused to remove the old unit and install the new unit because there was a very small amount of water in the washer that broke. Had to call Best Buy and was rescheduled for April 12th to deliver/install the new unit. The installers did not wear any shoe coverings and left stains in the carpet outside the washer/dryer closet. The unit lasted 1month and started leaking water into the drip pan and on the carpet outside the washer/dryer closet. Best Buy sent a crew on May 12th to inspect the leak and determined that the unit was defective. They placed an order for a new one and rescheduled the delivery for May 30th. Delivery crew showed up, took the old unit out, brought new unit to front of the house and said they needed to get something to eat. They came back 1/2 hour later and when they installed the unit in the closet they broke a piece of the door frame off and got stains on the carpet again from not wearing shoe covers.

They helped me getting just what I needed. Friendly personnel. After the pandemic, I'm guessing they are struggling a bit because it is hard to find someone to help you, unless you are there to buy a cell phone. Had to take little walks every time I wanted to ask something and a couple of the employees.let's just say, it seems they were ready to go home.
