Geek Squad was great. Fixed my computer and showed me how to do it myself if the problem occurs again.

Little expensive for my taste, sales people have always been very helpful and friendly good place to go if you want quality electronics and have questions about them

We stopped by this store right before closing time and the young man holding the door open was not only very kind and answered my daughter's questions even though the store was closing in a few minutes. We have been searching for days for a specific item and it had shown that the item was at this particular store however the website was incorrect and this young man very patiently explained to her why this happens and what she should do to locate the item that she wanted. I could see that other staff members in the store were looking at him and seem to be aggravated that he was answering her questions and giving her excellent customer service. I really wish I could remember his name I would definitely recommend he gets a raise because he was the only one in the store that was doing his job everybody else was just standing there looking at their watches impatiently wanting to lock the door. I get it everybody wants to go home at the end of the night but the store was still open and it meant a lot to my daughter and I that this gentleman took the time to help us and didn't give any kind of attitude in fact he was very friendly smiling and even made a few cute jokes. We'll definitely be going back for future purchases. Unless we get one of the grumpy people LOL.

As usual no one in mobile phone department waiting for 10 minutes and nothing! Sad I’ll go elsewhere…

This store is a joke. They are so bad at their job, they had to re route all calls to a call center because they get so many complaints. They dont deliver on time, or ever honor same day delivery. You are better off going up the street to Target or Staples. They respect their paying customers there.

As always at Best Buy, my experience was the best, as to be expected. My attendant was very friendly, high-spirited, and efficient.

I wish they’d open a little earlier, at least in hot summer months… we end up shopping elsewhere so we can be home before heat goes too high in the desert.

The store I go to for electronics now that frys and radio shack is closed. However their selection seems to be dwindling

Bought a tv and drove 35 miles to pick up.tv worked two days.called and they said you can return… umm can you return my gas money!

This location is a little better than Victorville but the employees are still very racist at both.

I'm disappointed that the clerk's name isn't on the receipt, because he was a great help.

Ordered online, drove to the store, waited in line, received a text it was ready for pickup and I was already in line so when it was my turn, I told the associate my number and the order was there. The guy disappeared for a minute and had my hard drive in his hand. I was out within five minutes.

Tera was a huge help today, made what I needed super easy to get accomplished. Her energy and assistance during my visit today was stellar.
