13I don’t like it here because they are mean at not helpful. Some Workers have angry issues.
Helpful and easy to find what I needed. Blue shirt guy was nice and helped me pick the right earbuds for noise cancellation.
I don't like that you can't accrue elite points any longer unless you have their credit card.
No benefit in loyalry any longer, but they still have a great selection. Now I shop solely on price and selection. Amazon wins a lot of the time where I would buy at BB in the past to accrue my points.
I moved. The movers broke my big, expensive TV, so they purchased a replacement TV from Best Buy Auburn.
Best Buy Auburn sold us a lemon.
It has never worked.
I tried to get it to work. But because I was dealing with a broken TV among 1,000 moving boxes, a move-in, and a 3-hour work commute, it took me more than a couple of weeks to determine that the tv was in fact, truly broken. It's a big, fat, expensive lemon.
So I called their Geek Squad out to fix it.
He came but he couldn't fix it.
Wanna know why?
Cuz it's a lemon!
And Best Buy won't take it back or replace it because I'm like, 33 days out from the day it was delivered.
So now I'm just SOL, with a big, clunky, expensive, broken lemon of a TV.
Amazing, right?
Never shop here. They aren't on your side.
I was talked too like i was a deadbeat by a kid who works here. I let my best buy credit card get closed because I haven't used it in the last six months. So I'm like I forgot it i will pay with my debit card for a laptop no big deal. He says i really shouldn't let my cards get cancelled, I said oh you're a cashier and a credit advisor?
I swore i would never go back, a year later im looking at speakers online it shows plenty of them on the website so i drive 20 miles to find out they don't have them, shocker. The guy in that department says yeah they do this all the time, most people just give in and end up buying what we have in stock on the shelf, of course what's on the shelf is $50 more expensive than what i was looking for.
Walked out. FO BB!
Hard to get help. Feel like they avoid the customers at all costs. If you know what you want it's great.
Paid off my BestBuy Citi credit card last week 7/21 but they won't recognize it until tomorrow. They never told me, so I drove an hour and a half to get to the closest BestBuy only to be embarrassed at the counter my card was declined and incorrectly showed a negative available credit. So embarrassing. Good thing there's competition!

For the first time in a long time I had a good experience in Best Buy salesperson Casey was way better than I've expected in the past in Best Buy and the other person that I commend is Travis both were top notch
We bought a few different appliances from Best Buy. Larry was wonderful and incredibly helpful! He walked us through everything from start to finish. We are really grateful for his help!
In need of replacing my old computer, I stopped by Best Buy in Auburn to see what they had. I was slightly disappointed to find out that refurbished computers are not available for purchase in the store - only online and the gentleman helping me said he had no access to the refurbished information. That's perfectly understandable these days. Anyway, he listened patiently while I mulled over the idea of getting a PS-5 instead. He confirmed that I would be able to stream media like Netflix, etc and YouTube as well being able to play video games. Another gentleman helped me with some questions at the register, and I have to say that he did make me feel like I was asking questions I should have already researched on my own and that he was in a hurry to wrap me up and get to the next person in line. There were only two people in line, but I understand that working in the retail industry is not easy and sometimes it gets overwhelming to deal with people.
The store is very clean and organized. They've got a wide variety of consumer electronics and plenty of staff to help answer your questions. The prices are ok, but nothing that's a show stopper. Good place for finding weird wires and connectors for A/V components.
Great customer service, clean store. They didn't have as much Andriod selection of tools compared to iPhone products, but they had adapters to make an apple solution work.
Received help from a friendly staff member and made sure that i got everything i needed for my purchase
Jeremy the installation technician was super helpful and got me everything to install a new stereo in my wife's car?
