Best Buy, Signal Hill CA

The service here is disappointing. I walked around looking for help for quite some time before being told that they were short-staffed in every department. In my time spent looking around I found the car audio section to be a disaster; missing tags, empty shelves, & broken displays. Prior to viewing I was interested in upgrading the amp for one of my cars. However, I was really interested in getting surround sound for a 65’ TV that I purchased not long ago. When someone finally did help me they said that I could get a sound bar now and order a subwoofer that would take 2 weeks to receive. He wrote something on a piece of paper and put the sound bar in my hands. Then said to take it to the register and basically figure it out. Told me I don’t have to get it if I didn’t want to but he’s too busy and I’m on my own. Going forward I won’t be returning to this location ever again even though it is closer to me. The drive to Lakewood has proven to be a much better experience time and time again, and I would recommend the same for others.

Took my 9 year old little girl here to get her Ipad glass replaced. Received a quote in the chat from best buy of $129.00 to replace it. She saved up her money and we made an appointment for the fix. Once we arrived we were informed it would cost nearly double that and we'd be better off getting a new one. No wonder you can't find the cost on the website they clearly prefer to drag you into the store to make a sale. This unfortunately came at the cost of disappointing a a kid who worked her tail off to save the money to fix it. Yeah I am going to buy a new one for sure but it will be from a reliable retailer like Costco. Never again will I shop at Best Buy.

NIGHTMARE! DO NOT SHOP BEST BUY USING A CREDIT CARD. I was double charged $2000.it caused my account to bounce payments and all total in fees over %4500 for a $1000 item. Do not let them tell you your credit card didnt go through without checking your bank balance. It took many phone calls and NO HELP. I finally had to make a dispute with my bank. THEY ARE INCOMPETANT, IDIOTIC MORONS. I will never shop in this store again.

Poor electronic inventory. The shelves were displaying nearly every printer that was unavailable. I'd suggest saving yourself the trip and just order your purchase online. That's what the employees recommend after the "we don't have it in stock. You can order it online. " Comments. I left buying a USB flash drive and candy bar.

All the staff here has no type of customer service, I was trying to get a price on a computer and nobody assisted, never coming back here again

You get the tech you need but sometimes I can not find what I really need or have choices on what I am looking for.

I like the employees, friendly and they make sure you leave the store happy. Kathy helped me and i believe she is the best.

If I can give zero stars I would. Go to the one on marina, great customer service and more options.

On the whole The Geek Squad was very helpful and they got me back into my computer and very little problems and they also got it done in one day. Brandon I made three trips on the bus down there to Best Buy in the same day because the last trip I had to go pick up the power cord they forgot to return. All-in-all I always buy from Best Buy when it comes to my computers printers and printers ink.

Visit was for pickup of item bought online. Item was properly removed from regular inventory, but was improperly labeled as a Bluray player for another user, which delayed my leaving by 30 minutes. Fail.

I use Best Buy for all my office supplies and the only problem I have with them is they don't have enough people to help you when you need a case opened. Other than that it's a great place for computers and printers and also refills for the ink for the printer.

So I have gone back twice now to buy my Appliances the you your 5 year warranty which is better than anybody else's and service is always great.

Great staff, bit expensive and a bit of lack in knowledge if you are trying to look for something very niche

Friendly & knowledgeable sales people. The store was easy to locate. I was amazed to find flat irons there! You can find just about anything electronic. Yay!

Always a pleasant time in this store. All the staff are very helpful, insurance program offered on most items and is very worth it. Great selection of electronics and always parking available as they have a huge lot here.

This is a relatively small Best Buy store. The staff is friendly and helpful but the selection of products isn't as large as a full-sized Best Buy. Also, questionable clientele as some of the display items are vandalized, keys missing, etc.

The service is bad. You have look for help. It's like find it yourself, get in line & pay & go. So you are there too long

My favorite place we love the prices and discounts we bought a washer & dryer, a complete sound system by Sonos and our home security for the home got a great deal and warranties on everything

The geek squad are by far the best when you need help at this store and the store usually has things in stock I need

I was shopping for a tv at different Best Buy's and other appliance stores with no succes until I came to the Best Buy at Signal Hills and had the best sales consultant named Masseeh he was very informative and helpful. I ended up buying a great tv for the same price others were trying to sell me with better quality I'm so grateful he was so informed on the products here and kind I feel great about my purchase and feel I couldn't be any more satisfied. I would recommend his knowledge of appliances to anyone! Thank you Best Buy for having such great staff! My husband will now have a great birthday gift
